<p> </p> <p>دادگاه ها هر روز بیشتر شاهد نوجوانانی هست که می خواهند تا به زندگی مشترکشون خاتمه بدهند. بسیاری اوقات آمار رسمیی وجود ندارد اما طبق آمار مرکز آمار ایران از زمستان 1400 تا پاییز 1401 بیش از 27 هزار دختربچه زیر پانزده سال ازدواج کردن. ازدواج در کودکی بر پسران و دختران تأثیرات منفی میگذارد. در این بین دخترها بیشترین آسیب را خواهند دید. ترک تحصیل، در معرض خشونت خانگی قرار گرفتن ، احتمال بالای مرگ بر اثر عوارض بارداری و زایمان نسبت به کسانی که بارداری را در بالای بیست سالگی تجربه میکنن است. </p> <p>در این اپیزود درباره مفاد قانونی ازدواج کودکان و نقش رضایت اونها در مشروعیت این ازدواج صحبت کنیم..</p> <p>این اپیزود برای افزاد زیر 18 سال توصیه نمی شود.. </p> <p> </p>

<p> در اپیزود بخشش قراره از قوانین عفو باشما صحبت کنیم. از عفو عمومی و عفو خصوصی بگیم : عفو عمومی ، عفوی است که نسبت به یک جرم اجرا میشه و مهم نیست چه کسی این جرم را مرتکب شده کسی تا تاریخ مشخصی مجازات نمیشه. این نوع عفو معمولا برای انقلاب ها، تظاهرات و مواردی این چنین اعمال میشه و عفو خصوصی در مورد اشخاص معین هستش ، در مورد محکومینه و شامل متهمین نمیشه. </p>

<p>به بازداشت شده ها اعلام شده بود در صورتی مشمول عفو خواهید شد که تعهدی را امضا کنید که کارهایی که انجام داده اید را دیگر تکرار نمی کنید و ابراز پشیمانی کنید.</p> <p> اما باید بدانید تا زمان تفهیم اتهام حتی زمان بازداشت، شخص متهم نیست.</p> <p>وقتی هنوز شخص متهمه و جرمی بهش اثبات نشده، این تعهدها نوعی اقرار محسوب میشه. </p> <p>این تعهدها در قانون وجود نداره و در قانون این موارد از موارد تلقینی هست و وجهه قانونی نداره.</p> <p>در اپیزود قبل درباره حقوق متهم گفتیم و در ادامه در این اپیزود از موارد حقوقی پس از بازداشت برای شما خواهیم گفت. </p> <p><br> </p>
