34. I hate planning but love my planner [A Review of the Full Focus Planner]
I’m chatting all about a tool that I’ve been using for the last year that has made a HUGE difference in making me feel more intentional, purposeful, and prepared: the Full Focus Planner.

My major takeaway, as someone who hates planning, is that with the FFP, it’s NOT an exercise in planning: it’s an exercise in intentionality, and I loooooove that.

33. There's no such thing as a 100% right or wrong decision
In this episode, I explore a cornerstone belief – a belief that unlocks the ability to do a lot of other things. I wrote about it in my book, and I love talking about it, so I wanted to bring it to the podcast as well. Here’s the idea:
There’s no such thing as a 100% right or 100% wrong decision; decisions exist on a spectrum, always with some right and some wrong.
