In dieser Folge versuchen wir euch zu vermitteln, warum wir uns von jeglichen Schlaftrainings distanzieren. Wir erzählen euch, welche Arten von Schlaftrainings angeboten werden und wo sie herkommen. Schlaftrainings können sich negativ auf Babys und Kleinkinder auswirken. Wie immer klären wir wissenschaftlich fundiert auf und geben euch Tipps, wie ihr auch ohne Schlaftrainings durch schwere Phasen kommt. Meldet euch gerne bei Fragen.
