<p>صلح در روابط چیزی فراتر از گفتوگوهای سطحی است.</p><p>گفتگو میتواند آغاز باشد، اما اگر در بستری امن شکل نگیرد، اغلب به سوءتفاهم یا جدل میانجامد.</p><p>صلح زمانی روییده میشود که فضایی امن فراهم گردد؛ فضایی که در آن هر کس بتواند بدون ترس از قضاوت یا تنبیه، احساسات و نیازهایش را آشکار کند. این فضا فراتر از یک فرد است؛ یک محیط مشترک است که هم افراد و هم شرایط پیرامون را در بر میگیرد.</p><p>در چنین فضایی:</p><p>شنیدن جایگزین قضاوت میشود،</p><p>همدلی بر دفاعکردن غلبه میکند،</p><p>و رابطه به چیزی بیش از “من” و “تو” تبدیل میشود: یک “ما” که نیازمند مراقبت است.</p><p>صلح در روابط، یعنی دیدن کل صحنه؛ نه فقط رفتار یک نفر، بلکه شرایط، فشارها و داستانهای نادیدهای که هر کس با خود میآورد. تنها در این نگاه گسترده است که امنیت، اعتماد و نزدیکی دوباره زاده میشود.</p><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hosted on Acast.
