<p>In this final episode of the season, we’re diving deep into two powerful questions that you may have as a new believer:</p><p>Can God still use me, even though I have a past? and</p><p>How do I handle persecution?</p><p>You may be worried or fearful that your past disqualifies you or the possibility of people rejecting you or worse. In this episode we encourage you through the scriptures. If the enemy is still using your past to shame you, it might be because you haven’t used it to glorify God. Saved, Now What?: Church and Community, WYA?!
<p>In this episode, we’re diving deep into two questions that every believer faces, what is the Church really? and just how do I find my godly community?</p><p>We talk about the definition of Church, beyond the building, and how true fellowship begins with a gathering of believers led by the Holy Spirit. We also briefly talk about spiritually manipulative churches and why discernment is so important when choosing a place to grow, but this is sooooo important!</p><p>Before diving into community, we also touch on healing because let’s be real, can you truly receive correction? Saved, Now What?: What are you waiting for?
<p>In this episode, we dive into a conversation that too many avoid, and others debate but the Word is clear: <strong>water baptism is not optional</strong> for believers.</p><p>We’re breaking down what the Bible says about baptism, why it’s necessary, and how it serves as a public witness of your decision to follow Christ. Jesus said, “If you love Me, keep My commandments,” and baptism is one of them (the commands).</p><p>We also get into real-life questions like:</p><ul><li>How do I live for Christ daily in a world that doesn’t follow Him?</li><li>Why does my community matter?</li><li>What do I owe non-believers, if anything? (Study Mark 16:15) t</li></ul><p> <strong>Episode Challenge: </strong></p><p>Ask yourself this week: Have I been baptized in water since choosing to follow Christ? If not, what’s stopping me?</p><p>Also, take time to evaluate your community and connections<strong>. </strong>Are you surrounded by light, being the light (not letting it be dimmed or put out) or are you trying to blend in with darkness?
