そのロシアへの制裁を強化するために、世界の銀行決済取引網「SWIFT」からロシアの銀行を排除するということをアメリカとヨーロッパ（EU）が決めました。
日本の岸田首相は2月27日夜、その取り組みに日本も参加すると発表しました。
プーチン大統領などロシア政府関係者の資産も凍結します。
ウクライナに対する1億ドルの緊急人道支援を行います。
首相は首相公邸で記者に「今こそ国際秩序を守るため、みんなで結束して行動しなければならない。ロシアの暴力には、高い代償が伴う」と話しました。
「ロシアとの関係を今まで通りにしていくことは、もはやできない」と話しました。
日本としても欧米諸国と足並みをそろえ、ロシアへの圧力を強める姿勢を明らかにしました。

1956年のロシア🇷🇺には、スターリンを批判(ひはん)した政治家(せいじか)がいた
2月24日
国を大きくしたは功績 (*学校は成績)
政策における失敗は失敗 (*政治 せいじ=politics)
社会主義国家(＝国)のリーダーであるソ連 (ソビエト連邦。今のロシア)を(=長い間 many years)引っ張ってきた(lead by force, as a leader)スターリンが（死んだ）。
後継者(successor)のフルシチョフは、ので(＝の場所で.みんなの前で、in a public domain)スターリンをしました。
政治(politics)の(collective/group)指導(leadership/coaching)体制(system/organisation)や、(diplomacy)では(peace)共存(co-existence)など、フルシチョフの政策はスターリンの逆を行く(＝反対だった。反対に行った go in the oppositive direction)ものだった(=そういう状態だった)。
スターリンはまちがっていた !
スターリンのまちがった政治をきびしく（した）
長く（＝長い間）指導者（リーダー）の立場にあった(＝ポジションにいた, at a position)スターリンだが、さまざまな（＝いろいろな different types of）政策で失敗もしている。
自分を神様のように(as if he were the God…)あがめて(=worship）もらおうとしたり、多くの無実の（罪のない=innocent）人々を罪に追いやった(批判した=make them guilty)ことも問題だ。 私、ニキータ・フルシチョフはソ連共産党(communist party)第20回(20th)大会(congress)でそうした批判を(＝人たちwhole nation)の前で(presentation, announcement)。このことは世界中をおどろかせた。
