<p>Ik sprak met Suzanne Vanca, eigenaar van TC Academy post-hbo. Opleidingsinstituut voor erkende post-hbo-opleidingen.</p><p>We spraken over ondernemerschap, vrijheid, keuzes durven maken én over loslaten. Bijvoorbeeld haar besluit om na zeven jaar haar geliefde locatie in Rotterdam op te geven:</p><p>“Het is een heerlijke plek. Maar ook wel een plek die je vasthoudt.”</p><p>En over wat haar ten diepste drijft als ondernemer:</p><p>“Ik denk dat een van mijn allerhoogste waarden vrijheid is. Die staat toch altijd met stip, stip, stip op één.”</p><p>Ook het eerlijke stukje over ondernemerschap kwam voorbij:</p><p>“Je kunt gek zijn van je vak. Dat is één pet. Maar ondernemen is iets anders. Soms is 80% van wat je doet sales, marketing en administratie – en maar 20% wat je écht leuk vindt.”</p><p>En misschien wel mijn favoriete uitspraak uit ons gesprek:</p><p>“The more I heal, the less ambitious I become.”</p><p><br></p>
