Ich empfinde mich
Die Frage nach dem Selbst führt durch viele Antworten. Wer bin ich wirklich? Egal, welche Antwort ich erhalte, am Ende bleibt immer etwas übrig: Das was die Antwort erhält. Ich kann mich nicht denkend ergründen. Denn ich bin der Grund. Aber ich kann ein Gefühl für mich bekommen. Ich kann mich empfinden.

Wie Du erkennst was Du wirklich willst
Wir können aus dem System nur aussteigen, wenn wir wieder in uns selber einsteigen. Am Anfang warst Du eine freie Seele, die begonnen hat die Erfahrung Ihres Körpers zu machen, sich als verkörpertes Leben zu erfahren. Und so ist es auch heute noch. Aber es ist überlagert von einer “geistigen Software”, dem Betriebssystem unserer Zivilisation. Wir wurden alle zu “Programmen” erzogen und programmiert, die in diesem Betriebssystem funktionieren. Unsere natürliches Selbst-Gefühl was in jedem Moment als die lebendige Energie in Dir fühlbar ist, wird höchstens noch analysiert und erklärt. Aber wir fühlen uns selbst darin nicht mehr und folgen diesem Selbst-Gefühl nicht sondern der Vernunft des geistigen Betriebs-Systems. Der Systemausstieg aus diesem geistigen Betriebssystem ist der Einstieg zurück in Dein lebendiges Selbst. Es geht also darum aus dem System in Deinem Kopf auszusteigen und nicht mehr damit zu kämpfen oder Dich davon ablenken zu lassen. Diese geführte Meditation leitet Dich zurück in diese Qualität. Ich bin der neutrale Beobachter
Wenn wir uns nach innen wenden, uns also selbst zuwenden, dann können wir uns mit der neutralen Kraft des Selbst verbinden. Es gibt in uns einen neutralen Beobachter, der alles mitbekommt, der alles erfährt. In dieser Präsenz sind wir selbst frei von den Gegensätzen der Persönlichkeit und der Welt, denn wir können sie wahrnehmen und sehen.
