We use our skills, language, money, and feeling of belonging to measure the matrix of relationships however is there a way to ever measure this? “Get your groove on” Sexual Healing

Today's episode is dedicated to sexuality, emotional bonds, organisms and healing. There is a lot of stigma around tantra and discussing sexuality but it’s totally acceptable to listen to music that is selling sex as meaningless experience. We are not here to talk just about sex like you have probably heard through the music today. We are here to educate those who would like to dive into parts of emotional intelligence required to have a deeper connection with themselves. Our expert has 20 years of experience from practising Tantra in different parts of the world to helping those interested in tantra, sensuality, intimacy and higher quality sexuality with individual and paired ThetaTantra programs. 1 in 3 women don’t experience an orgasm and most don’t talk about this because they think ‘something is wrong with them’.In this weeks episode, Andrea is sharing her knowledge with us along with steps on the healing process. Tantra is about enlightenment: to transcend both the sexual and spiritual planes by engaging in deeply meditative, spontaneous, and intimate sex. **Disclaimer** there is Strong language in this podcast so please be mindful where and who you are listening to this episode around. Listen out for: Make time for connections to feel. We all live busy lives and it’s hurting your sex life Your body is carrying conscious and unconscious traumas - how do we connect with our unconscious part? Sexual trauma experiences and how it can show up in your sex life How childhood traumatic experiences can show up in your sexual relationships We are orgasm beings - We are all able to have orgasms Why do we feel safe? Why don’t we feel relaxed? How can you wake each other up sexually - how can you be open for pleasure We cover how long it takes for women to open up… Why don’t we allow someone to get close to us? Are women too independent of relationships We talk about how to work with different senses of your body such as smell and how we can work to awaken our senses About Andrea... I started learning and practising Tantra in different parts of the world, which became part of my everyday life relatively soon. Believe me, this is a way of life for me, whether I live alone or in a relationship. Currently, in addition to tantric massages, I am also looking for those interested in tantra, sensuality, intimacy and higher quality sexuality with individual and paired ThetaTantra programs. Healing To Flourishing with PTSD

Healing To Flourishing with PTSD We are exploring masculinity with someone who served in the US Army for three years and spent most of 2010 in a combat tour in Afghanistan. However, what we are exploring is what happens to someone when they witness pain and tragedy. We are exploring what happens when your emotions take you back to a place where you feel powerless. This 45mins is for anyone who has experienced guilt, shame or anger. When ur life tests you, it can turn you in too is someone much stronger. My take away from this episode was just because you are feeling ‘that thing’ doesn’t make it true and we start to make distinctions. Giampiero talks to us about PTSD, how it was managed and what are some of the key things you can do to manage stress. Listen out for: I served in the US Army for three years and spent most of 2010 in a combat tour in Afghanistan Finding ourselves within that takes a lot of work 12 Rules of life for life by Jordan Peterson Tell the truth or at least don’t lie Should you go see a psychologist? Numbing the pain with alcohol The trauma of victim VS predicator What are some of the signs and symptoms of PTSD? What did therapy do that was so great? 3 tips shared on what you could do if you are dealing with mental health What did therapy do that was so great? Giampiero in his own words… I served in the US Army for three years and spent most of 2010 in a combat tour in Afghanistan. Around 2014 I was diagnosed with PTSD. I was fortunate to have a therapist who was really there for me for about 12 months. Today in hindsight I see that the one thing my therapist did for me was to create a space for me to speak, and over time I was able to better articulate what I was feeling inside, and in turn, better understand myself. Conversations are everything. Like this episode? Leave us a review on Apple (iTunes) Podcast and Spotify. "High School Never Ends"

Even before COVID-19, there was already high growth and adoption in education technology, with global edtech investments reaching US$18.66 billion in 2019 and the overall market for online education projected to reach $350 Billion by 2025. Whether it is language apps, virtual tutoring, video conferencing tools, or online learning software, there has been a significant surge in usage since COVID-19. Please join in a movement with Maddie who is a Head Teacher and Quality and Partnership Lead. We are discussing how school staff and parents both can work together to find new innovative ways to support and teach students today to prepare them and us for a better tomorrow. Maddie in her own words… I have always wanted to be a teacher, I didn’t have a great experience at school and I wanted it to be different for other children. The progression in my career has happened to be without me searching for it, my dream was to be a good teacher and make a difference and my professional journey unfolded in a way which meant that I have been able to make a difference to many children and I hope I continue to do so. I have worked in 4 schools, all in deprived and multicultural areas. I left the school setting in August where I was a Headteacher for 3 years, as I want to change the system of education and provision for as many children as I can and I believe that can be done in two ways; influencing strategic change on a local/national level and by supporting and developing school leaders through coaching and mentoring. At the moment I am quality and partnership lead for SEN and Inclusion for a local authority, I support mainstream schools to improve the provision for children with Special needs. I also mentor and coach leaders and have recently started supporting leaders with mediation in schools. Listen out for: Ofsted Framework - How they can help? How are adults coping and surviving to keep our mental health in check? What Toolbox do we want to start providing for students post-pandemic? Is there scope for change in the education system in 2020? Transition document to support schools with key questions Behaviour expectations - How will we manage them? Plan for change - who wants to get involved? Parent power counts for a lot, can we work together and make schools a great place? CALL OF ACTION We need your help! Over 1.2 billion children are out of the classroom right now. We need everyone to start getting in together to create a community who are passionate about making the changes for our education system in the UK. If you have ideas and want to support please get in touch and start supporting! If you are a parent you can help. If you are a student you can help. Especially if you are someone of a level of authority or a teacher please defiantly get in touch. One united voice is better than trying to make small changes individually. I have left all the details for myself and Maddie below! Please feel free to share your thoughts and feedback. This was a journey of self-discovery by working through comfort zones, working with others, and working out what category he ‘fits’ in too. We tend to box people through a lack of understanding. Samraj took the time to study what spirituality meant for him through his holy book transcripts to English and understand what the true meaning was. The journey through travelling and self-educating made Samraj respect and fall in love with the religion, most importantly how the culture teaches things very differently to what he had uncovered. Listen out for: Learning key principles - No judgement, respect, equality, powerful Uncovering hypocrisy and sharing insights through re-educating University to adulthood Friendships and how they play such a big role in our lives Grieving - how to do relationships justice How to channel your energy in a progressive way Homosexuality Samraj in his own words… I truly believe that at this moment, every single person is where they need to be. I work full time in the corporate space and recently in part-time in the world of self-growth and personal development. The two combined gives me a rich and unique insight into the importance of emotional intelligence and authenticity. I am convinced that these things together are the perfect blend for happiness and effective living. It all starts with taking control of your life. Expectations of others, self-doubt and people-pleasing are some of the most common obstacles we face. I know this from lived experience. I have been on a journey for many years spending thousands of pounds on books and courses to understand what it meant to be me, what I really wanted and what I needed to do to live a life with no fundamental regrets. I was coaching myself during those years, something I later realised. My work as a life coach focuses on achieving happiness by tapping into the single thing that cannot be replicated, being ourselves. What makes me different? My personal journey to liberated living pushed me into the world of professional transformational coaching, where I could help others do the same. I have crafted a personalised program where my clients go through a more fast-tracked and focused experience connecting who they really are to everything they do. Holy Are You.

Show me religion by who is in its leadership. Is It diverse? Are people accepted for who they are? or are we stuck in the dogma of this is the only way. There is only one way. Does religion ask us to put people in boxes? Does it ask people to be robots? That's not who we are as humans, we are colourful, varied, nuanced and complex. Religion can be presented under the umbrella of 'culture' as simple. Do we make each other feel comfortable by performing our little head pats and circles on our tummy? Today we are talking about the fundamentals of religion, particularly Mormonism and Islam. Listen out for: Breaking out of conservative, mind-controlling religion COVID-19 - how we are dealing with this Letting go of religious beliefs and struggle with the emotional aspects Culture VS Religion - Are they the same or Shame? Learning about Mormonism and Islam Natalie in her own words… I've been immersed in writing, content creation, TV & radio, public relations and media relations in both my professional and tertiary experience. I have worked extensively as the face of brands in various forms from print, TVC, professional presenting and as an International Spokesperson. I have been featured on live TV and live at events for the brands I represent all over the world. My work has been varied across multiple platforms and spread to 5 different countries over the last 13 years, most recently interviewing entrepreneurs about the humanity behind their business building. Currently, I am a Life and Business Coach at Your Magnetic Life, helping souls find liberation from blocks and beliefs that are holding them back from drawing to them the life of their dreams. How may I serve you? I also host a podcast about rock bottoms, mining those caverns for the treasure contained within, and not just from the lens of the pinnacles of achievement born from them, but from the experience of the low-key spinout itself. I look forward to connecting with you there, found on all major podcast platforms, my show is called Your Spinout is Gorgeous. YSiG is a podcast that explores what treasures we can mine from the lowest moments of our lives. From the micro to the macro; ie a most embarrassing moment to a full-blown midlife crisis. There is always something we can first find humour in... and then alchemize the rest from traumatic to wisdom. Yeah, you just might find enlightenment! If not... you'll definitely find permission, that you don't need, to fully integrate your most unlovable traits and shameful stories of your own. Your spinout is gorgeous after all, and so is mine.
