With Election Day just a couple of days away I find it very important that we all take the opportunity to take a step back. If you have voted, that’s great! However with heightened talks of a potential civil war and civil unrest, the way we choose to respond in the aftermath of this election is going to determine how much more suffering we bring about in what has already been an incredibly difficult year for so many. Let’s not allow our fears of the other side to become a self fulfilling prophesy of more violence to come, we all have a choice of how we respond.

Mental Health Awareness Day
Today is Mental Health Awareness Day. As somebody who has struggled with depression and anxiety, I want to help remove the stigma around talking about our issues in a safe environment and with safe people. If you are struggling these days, you are not alone and I hope everyone can find the right tools in order to deal with the issues in their personal life which are not easy to talk about.

Humble: End of Summer Check-In 2020
How can we stay grounded and sane during this tumultuous time we live in? I like many have been personally struggling to find the answers. After a discussion with a close brother of mine I have come away with a new found clarity of what some steps are I can take in my own life, to truly love myself and the world around me.
