Humble, Holy, Healthy: Why you need a Personal Wholeness Plan

In this episode, we explore something many of us rarely stop to think about: Do we actually have a plan for our personal wholeness?

We often create plans for our work, finances, and goals, but neglect the deeper areas of our lives — our relationship with God, our emotional health, our humility, and our wellbeing. This conversation is an invitation to slow down and honestly ask: How am I really doing?

Together, we unpack three important areas of a healthy life:

Holiness — growing in intimacy and connection with God

Humility — developing self-awareness and a servant-hearted posture

Health — caring for our emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual wellbeing

Along the way, we’ll reflect on practical rhythms like creating space for God, learning what replenishes your soul, managing your energy wisely, and building a life that can flourish for the long journey ahead.

Some of the questions we’ll wrestle with:

What would make my connection with God stronger in this season?

Am I aware of how people experience me?

What energizes me, and what drains me?

Am I building a sustainable life for the future God has called me to?

My hope is that this conversation encourages you to begin creating your own personal wholeness plan — not out of pressure or performance, but from a desire to live a healthy, wholehearted, God-centered life that overflows into the people around you.

Love That Shows Up: Presence, Truth, and Power

There’s a kind of love that doesn’t stay theoretical… it shows up.

Not just in words, but in presence.

Not just in comfort, but in truth.

Not just in intention, but in power.

In this conversation, I share what I’m learning about living with love in action—the kind of love the Holy Spirit places in us and wants to release through us into the lives of people, our workplaces, and our cities.

What if the most powerful question we asked every day was:

“How can I help?”

Because when we show up with God’s presence, speak His truth, and move in His power… we become a helping force in a world that desperately needs it.

🎧 Listen now and be reminded: you carry more than you think.

#LoveInAction #CityChangers #FaithInEverydayLife #PresenceTruthPower #DoxaDeo

Capacity: Sustaining Your Passion

🎙️ In this talk, I want to invite you into a conversation about something many of us wrestle with: how to grow our capacity without losing our wellbeing.

We’ll use a simple picture—the “plate of your life.” Everything you’re responsible for sits on that plate: your work, your family, your calling, your commitments. The problem is that when we keep adding more and more, something eventually starts to fall off. Often it’s the things that matter most—our health, our relationships, or our peace.

📖 Along the way, we’ll look at a few powerful moments from Scripture—Moses, Peter, and the early church in Acts—and see how even great leaders had to learn how to grow their capacity while also recognizing their limits.

In this conversation we’ll explore things like:

Why your ability can grow, but your availability is always limited

How delegating and developing others can create space on your plate

Why faithfulness in small things prepares us for bigger responsibility

And how the Holy Spirit empowers us to live out the calling God has given us.

🚀 Leadership—and life—is a long-distance race. My hope is that this conversation encourages you to pause, reflect on what’s currently on your plate, and ask God for wisdom about what to keep, what to release, and how He might want to expand your capacity for the season ahead.
