They're not sure what that means, and they have a lot of different variety of philosophies on what that could be that's going to happen, and they need to be underground to survive it, whether it be an asteroid, deep impact, or a nuclear holocaust, or a bubonic plague outbreak that's mutated, or wars and what have you, they are building them.
