   You Are the Creator

As a 5/1 Ego Manifestor in Human Design, this began as an intuitive voice note from the inner heart space. This summary is supported with AI — please listen to the recording above. Hi friends, In this week’s episode, I share a remembering that has been knocking on my heart for a long time: you are the creator. I talk about how easy it is to become over-consumptive — hoarding information, inspiration, objects, even other people’s visions — without giving anything back. Giving back is the stance of the creator. Consuming is easy. Creating is what moves us forward on a path and a timeline. I also name the victim archetype, gently. There are real situations where we are a victim. And there are also storylines we can slip into that leave us feeling like we have no sovereignty. Stepping into creatorship is not a bypass. It is a choice, often a small one. If you feel stuck, I offer pruning. In nature we prune so growth can be more fruitful. I call it energy Tetris: move one thing out so something new can come in. Clear the dead leaves so the sunflower can shine. Adjust the room, the car, the mind, the heart. Creation is not only art. It can be a poem, a mandala of pine cones, a letter you may or may not send, the way you dress, a song you dance to, a word of appreciation. Even if only you and God witness it. The invitation is simple: how can you create more than you consume today? How can you give yourself the permission slip of being the creator — and enjoy the spark? Sending you so much love. Jennifer Jen Open Hearts · From the Heart Journal questions 1. Where in my life am I over-consuming right now — information, objects, other people’s visions, or even my own old stories? 2. For every thing I consume this week, what is one small thing I can create in return? 3. If I set down the victim storyline for a moment, what becomes possible? What is one thing that *is* in my hands? 4. What can I prune? What dead leaf, clutter, habit, or obligation can I compost so something living has space? 5. What is the tiniest seed of creation asking for my attention — a letter, a poem, a rearranged room, a conversation, a drawing of a dream? 6. If I created only for God, for my own heart, or for my inner child today, what would I make? 7. How do I want to attune my environment — physical, energetic, emotional, mental — so it feels more like the home of a creator? About Jennifer I’m Jennifer Belair Sakarian of Jen Open Hearts — a 5/1 Ego Manifestor sharing spoken transmissions from the inner heart space. Bloom where you are planted - a 12 minute listen

Hello Friends, Jennifer here with Jen Open Hearts. Welcome to From the Heart, a quiet little space for contemplation. This 12 Minute Audio is a contemplation and reflection on the phrase, Bloom where you are planted. Here I invite you to drop out of the chattering monkey mind and take a radically honest, loving look at your current life landscape. We often expect ourselves to be in a season of full, radiant blossom when our inner temperature is quietly asking for rest or a gentle pruning. In this audio I share a few heart-centered inquiries: * The Quality of Your Soil: What have you been feeding your inner and outer environment lately? What thoughts, habits, or media are you ready to compost? All this affects the quality of your blossoming. And the good news…soil is amendable ;D * Clearing the Clutter: How physical or mental overconsumption might be keeping your nervous system in a state of high-alert, and how to gently let it go. * The Sovereign Mantra: Settling into the deep somatic safety of the phrase, “I have everything I need to thrive.” What if that was true? What if instead of filling the void with stuff…what if for a moment, for a day you allowed yourself to settle into this truth? It’s the same thing as seeking outside guidance…you can glean wisdom from your OWN SOUL instead of expecting it from the outside. How can we be content and feel enough with what we have? We have curated our reality…now it’s time to embrace it, own it and use it to our advantage. And the amazing thing is there are SO MANY FREE resources out there. Grab a warm cup of herbal tea, heck an iced frappe (new obsession) find a quiet nook, and allow your nervous system a few moments to simply land and listen. Jen Open Hearts Offering 📖✨ This audio conversation is the heart and soul behind my new eBook, “Blooming Where You Are Planted: A Supportive Guide for Sharing Your Heart-Based Offerings.” If you are an intuitive spaceholder, healer, or conscious creator who feels the call to share your medicine with the world but wants a practical, easeful structure to hold your vision, this guide was written just for you. The eBook is officially on presale right now for $22 until June 22nd (which is also the day it will slide right into your inbox!). You can claim your copy and explore the framework below: Thank you for walking this courageous path with me and tending to your beautiful garden. Reality Creation, Energy Tetris & Human Design

In this episode, Jennifer introduces the concept of “Energy Tetris”—the practice of consciously saying yes and no to what exists in your physical reality as a pathway to creating the life you desire. Drawing from her experience co-teaching a course on reality creation using Frederick Dodson’s Pure Technique combined with human design, she explores how all energy types can harness magnetism through their physical spaces. Jennifer emphasizes that reality creation begins with the tangible: your home, wardrobe, tea selection, bookshelves—all the spaces you inhabit daily. When we clear clutter and invite beauty (however simple), we open energetic channels and align with what we want to become. Key insights include: * Physical reality reflects self-love and self-worth—your space mirrors your inner state * Embody the frequency of your future self now—don’t reach for outcomes; become the vibration of what you want to attract * Small daily actions compound into transformation—organize your tea shelf, clear your bookshelf, add fresh flowers * It’s not about perfection or expensive upgrades—it’s about honoring what you love and releasing what no longer serves * The practice is playful, not serious—approach it as experimentation and data gathering Jennifer shares her personal journey of organizing her herbal tea area, transforming it from chaotic to beloved, demonstrating how tending to spaces we care about is an act of self-love that magnetizes our desires. Call to Action Start with your physical reality: * Take inventory: Walk through your living space and notice what lights you up versus what feels stagnant or stuck * Choose one area: Pick a space that matters to you (your altar, tea corner, bookshelf, wardrobe, workspace) and give it love this week * Clear and cleanse: Release what’s no longer in resonance—donate, give to friends, or simply reorganize with intention * Embody your future self: Ask yourself: “If I’m becoming [yoga teacher/mother/magazine creator/etc.], what does that version of me do daily? How do they organize their space? How do they carry themselves?” * Practice small daily actions: Align your daily habits with the frequency of who you want to become—not as reaching or stretching, but as natural embodiment Remember: This is a playful practice. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself. Even the smallest yes or no can change the course of your reality. Share your journey: Jennifer would love to hear how this message landed for you and what shifts you’re making in your physical spaces as you consciously create your reality. Teachers

In this heartfelt reflection, Jennifer explores the importance of being intentional about who we choose as our teachers and guides. She introduces a powerful metaphor: consuming content from countless sources is like digging many shallow holes across a plot of land, whereas focusing on select teachers allows us to dig deeper wells that reach true wisdom and foundation. Jennifer shares her personal journey of feeling scattered and overstimulated by the endless stream of voices available through social media and digital platforms. During a peaceful moment journaling in Key West, she realized she needed to get clear about who her actual teachers were—those truly aligned with where she wants to go and who she wants to become. The key insights include: * Our attention and energy are sacred resources that become fractured when spread too thin * Teachers should evolve with us—who resonates now may change as we grow * Focus creates depth—narrowing our inputs allows us to actually absorb and integrate wisdom * Seek both digital and in-person teachers, particularly elders who carry long-term wisdom * Regular reassessment is essential—periodically refresh your list of teachers based on your current goals and resonance Call to Action Take time in a quiet, peaceful space to journal and ask yourself: * Who are my teachers right now? * Who is truly aligned with where I want to go? * Who or what is creating noise and distraction in my life? * Can I find teachers in person, not just online? Then take action: * Unsubscribe, unfollow, or mute voices that no longer serve your path * Identify 10-20 key teachers who align with your current goals and values * Give yourself permission to go deeper with fewer sources rather than staying shallow with many Share your reflections: Jennifer would love to hear who your current teachers are and what actions you’ve taken to reduce the noise and clear the clutter. Your attention is sacred—use it intentionally. Heart-Centered Favorites 💛 Heart Based Skool (https://skool.com/heart-based-3542) - A Skool for the heart. I love Human Design - Self Love Centered Human Design reader

My Intention: To make Human Design more digestible, empowering, and connective—offering gentle permission slips to be yourself. Check out my human design offerings (https://jenopenhearts.com/offerings) ✨ Why Human Design? * A beautiful blend of ancient wisdom + modern science: I Ching, Kabbalah, Chakra System, Astrology, and Quantum Physics. * You don’t need to understand it all to benefit—it’s about self-awareness and living your truth. * Helped me recognize: * I’m different—and so is everyone else. * We each have unique strengths and natural limitations. * Understanding these creates more compassion, ease, and clarity in connection. 🔥 My Human Design Awakening * Introduced by a Projector sister who asked for my birth details. * Learned I’m a Manifestor…aka non-sacral with: * I also have Many undefined centers—which means: * I amplify other people’s emotions, energy, and fears. * I’m sensitive to external influences. * I need rest and energetic boundaries. * Key Realization: I’m a non-sacral being—not built for constant output like most of the population (~70%). 🧠 Lessons from My Chart * I create in spurts, not consistently. * Rest is not optional—it’s essential. * My energy is impactful even in silence. * Undefined Emotional Center = I feel and amplify others' emotions. * Most of my centers are open—this makes discernment & energetic hygiene crucial. * Human Design can be used as a map of deconditioning—revealing who I truly am vs. what I’ve absorbed from others…including caretakers. I believe this is where a lot of unhealthy habits come from. 💛 Self-Love as a Path * Human Design has helped me soften into self-acceptance and self-love. * It's shown me that not everything I’ve felt or believed is mine. * I aim to offer readings rooted in love, helping others come home to themselves. * My life’s work (Gene Key 25): Fixer of Universal Love * Shadow: Constriction * Gift: Acceptance * Siddhi: Universal Love 🧬 The Gene Keys Connection * The Gene Keys add a layer of contemplative awareness to Human Design. * Each “gate” becomes a journey from shadow to gift to divine essence (Siddhi). * Example: My Gene Key 25 shows up when I feel my heart close (constriction) and then practice softening (acceptance). 🌿 Final Reflections * Human Design is an inner compass. * It’s not about perfection—every moment is a data point for awareness and choice. * You get to pause, pivot, and listen to your authority. * Your chart is a sacred map back to your most loving, authentic self. Psst. If you LOVE HD like I do, I would be Honored to have you subscribe! I have a membership called “Whole Hearted Human” which includes a HD themed gift box for you! Discovering the Angel Frequency: Reflections on Earth Angels, Self-Care, and Spiritual Growth

“Angels are the thoughts, the memory, the sensation of love. They are whatever comes and shifts us from being lost within ourselves, to seeing again, not with the ego, but with the eye of the heart.” * Megan Watterson * Hey friends! Jennifer here from Jen Open Hearts, and I’m so excited to share a little inspiration that hit me recently while I was in the shower (don’t you love those lightbulb moments?). I lit a candle, burned some herbs, sipped on a wheatgrass drink (gotta get those greens in!), and sat down to record this for you. Today, I want to talk about something that’s been lighting up my soul for a long time: the angel frequency. It’s a concept that’s all about love, connection, and shifting our perspective from the ego to the heart. Let’s dive in! What Is the Angel Frequency? I first stumbled across this beautiful idea in Mary Magdalene Revealed by Megan Watterson. She writes, “Angels are the thoughts, the memories, the sensations of love. They are whatever comes and shifts us from being lost within ourselves to seeing again, not with the ego, but with the eye of the heart.” Isn’t that stunning? It’s a reminder that angels aren’t just winged figures tied to religious imagery—they’re the frequency of love that surrounds us every day. For me, the angel frequency is about those moments, people, or even tiny miracles that lift us out of stagnation, fear, or self-doubt. It’s the lightness that helps us see life through a lens of compassion and joy. Whether it’s a kind stranger, a fluttering butterfly, or a quiet walk in nature, these are the angels in our lives. Angels Aren’t What You Think Growing up in the Midwest, I was surrounded by traditional ideas of angels—think halos and harps. But this quote opened my eyes to something deeper. Angels don’t have to fit a mold; they’re the energy of love that flows through us and others. I love calling people “angel” when I feel their warmth and purity—it’s like recognizing the divine spark in them. Have you ever met someone who just radiates that kind of energy? Everyday Angels: Finding Light in the Ordinary Here’s the thing: we encounter angels all the time. Some days, you might be the angel for someone else, and other days, they’re there for you. It’s this beautiful dance of energy that shifts depending on where we’re at in life. When I’m stuck, afraid, or taking things personally, I’ve learned that connecting to this frequency can pull me out of the muck. Take my husband and me, for example. Every winter, we drive our truck camper down to Key West for a little getaway. One year, we met Emilio at the farmer’s market, selling the most incredible Jordanian food. The salt was in the air, the sea was sparkling, and Emilio’s energy was pure magic. He’d say, “I have the best job—I get to feed people!” and beam with joy. He’d bless us with every bite, saying, “Be blessed, be blessed.” That man was an earth angel—spreading love through food and kindness. It’s those encounters that remind me how simple it can be to embody this frequency. Nature as an Angel Frequency Sometimes, the angel frequency isn’t a person—it’s a bird singing, a flower blooming, or the rustle of leaves on a quiet walk. When I’m feeling off, I head to nature, ditch the headphones, and let the world be my medicine. These little miracles shift my state, reminding me of the beauty in life. What’s your go-to way to reconnect with that lightness? Self-Love: The Foundation of the Angel Frequency Here’s the secret: connecting with the angel frequency starts from within. It’s an inside job. When we take care of ourselves—our nervous system, our heart, our spirit—we create space for that love to ripple out. I’ve been through it all—depression, anxiety, even suicidal thoughts—and I’ve learned that while we can’t control everything, we can control how we respond. One book that’s been a game-changer for me lately is Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway. It’s all about moving from pain to power by shifting our thoughts and words. Instead of lingering in victimhood, we can step into our hero’s journey. How do we do that? By asking, “What can I do today to love myself? To feel joy?” Maybe it’s brewing a cup of nettle tea for my moon cycle or grounding myself with a walk. These small acts of self-love tune us into that angelic energy. Tools for Spiritual Growth in 2025 We’re living in an incredible time with so many resources at our fingertips—books, teachers, even AI! If I’m struggling, I can ask, “Hey, AI, I’m 36 and feeling lost—help me out!” It’s wild to think we can use technology as a therapist. The point is, we have the power to take ownership of our spiritual growth. Whether it’s through nature, meditation, or a good book, the tools are there—will you use them? Be the Angel You Want to See Here’s the coolest part: when you nurture yourself, you become an angel for others. It’s not about forcing it—it’s about following your bliss and letting that energy spill over. Maybe it’s listening to a friend, setting boundaries, or just resting when you need it. These acts create a ripple effect, lifting others without you even realizing it. I had a psychedelic experience last summer that drove this home. I felt, deep in my bones, that all my ancestors lived and died so I could be here, living this beautiful life. They want us to feel joy, pain, and everything in between—it’s all part of being human. So, how do we honor that? By steering our own ship, forgiving ourselves and others, and choosing love over fear. Living From the Heart Living from the heart isn’t always easy—I can be a grumpy human too!—but it’s worth it. When I notice ruminating thoughts dragging me down, I place a hand on my heart and shift my awareness. It’s a simple trick that brings me back to love. Try it next time you’re stuck in your head—it’s like a little reset button. Your Angels, Your Journey So, I’ll leave you with this: Who have been the angels in your life? What thoughts, memories, or moments have lifted you up? We all deserve that lightness, no matter what’s happening. Life is wild and messy, but it’s also wildly beautiful. Even on the darkest days, the light shines brighter because of it. Take good care of yourself today—make that tea, step outside, or just breathe. You’re an angel for someone, and I’m so grateful you’re here with me on this journey. Wishing you a day full of love and sweetness! My word of the Year for 2025 - Softness

Hello Friends + fellow Angels, Jennifer here ♥️ So if you haven’t heard, Substack is my new home for the year of 2025…trying out a little SLOW MEDIA…and a new aligned path to being what I am calling a “Heart Influencer”…this experience of Jen Open Hearts on Substack (also YT 😉) will be all about personal reflections…like a best friend sharing the contents of their heart, in trust that it will resonate with those who are on the path of whole heartedness…thank you Brenee Brown + her work on vulnerability🙏 In this space I am focused on flexing my soul’s gifts…it might get a little crunchy as I learn to be more myself. But how else do we get from point A to point B…practice…practice…practice. I am here for Human Design Guidance…Self Love + Personal Compassion…Growth…and yes…even sharing my fav products that are assisting me on my path of the heart ♥️ All shared through the divine wisdom of the Voice (Chiron in Gemini in the 12th house 🙌 + Ego Manifestor) Let’s go a little slower together This Audio experience is all about my intentional word of the year for 2025. S O F T N E S S My heart has been calling me to embody many things… To truly slow down…To pause…To embrace myself…To honor the divine feminine pulsing through my being…To accept myself + others…To trust my gifts…To speak more about what is starting a revolution in my heart…I have been going too fast for years and tbh, I am getting a little tired. I have not been listening to the whispers of my soul. So it’s time to clear the clutter and listen a little bit deeper… Reflections for you, dear reader 📓 Do you feel like you have been ignoring the whispers of your soul? What has your soul been calling you to connect with? What does it say? If you had to choose one word that you wish to embody in this new year…what would that word be? What does someone who embodies this word do? What do they say? How do they interact in the world? Who do they hang out with? How to do they dress? What’s their job? And..since we live in a dual world…What is the opposing energetic of that word? Where does that show up now for you?Where do you need to introduce your new word into your life? Thank you so much for hanging out with me, I hope this served your sweet heart in some way. Wishing you so much love + beauty!
