Without my usual support systems—no service dog, no THC—I relied on raw courage to attend life-changing medical appointments. I’ll share how kinesiology and neuro-emotional techniques helped me unlock and release years of stored trauma, especially around childhood abandonment.

It Snowed Today
Hi friends! Today, I want to share a heartfelt reflection on how travel has transformed the way I see the world. From taking the palm trees of Florida for granted to discovering the unexpected magic of May snowfall in Colorado, this journey has been one of rediscovering beauty in the everyday.

They're Coming Back
In this raw and heartfelt episode, I open up about my personal journey with beauty standards, self-acceptance, and marriage. From getting Botox at 26 to undergoing multiple plastic surgeries, I share how my pursuit of physical perfection was deeply tied to seeking my husband's approval.
