TRUMP SAY'S SYSTEM IS RIGGED

System is rigged by Officials USURP the checks & balances which upholds the integrity of the Constitution requiring they be checked for corruption. Remember the checks & balances require one branch be checked for corruption & government has refused to be checked at all. The system then no longer works. The Senate & Congress officials, Senators Todd Young, Mike Braun, & Rep. Larry Bucshon refused to take the checks & balances to the floor of the House & Senate. Law enforcement refused to execute the indictments & arrest these officials & media concealing the checks & balances, in conspiracy against our rights violating Title 18 sec. 241 & oppress owing 6.75 billion dollars for the US Supreme Court imposing slavery prohibited by the 13th amendment abolishing slavery. The Buck Stops with the President Biden who violates Article II, sec. 3 - to take care the laws are faithfully executed which breach oath of office requiring termination of tenure of office. This is treason taking absolute power & the media is violating our 1st amendment right tp speech - press to conceal it from the public. Now motive is the checks & balances empowers the citizens to uphold the integrity of the Constitution having authority to give ORDERS, make decisions, & enforce obedience. Those in power do not want the citizens to know that. I'm owed 6.75 billion dollars IMMEDIATELY for the US Supreme Court imposing slavery so BY THE RULE OF LAW I'M a Billionaire. I'm empowered to stop inequality, social injustice, & police brutality which are the Black Man's problems in America. Congress was not going to solve our problems, we had to solve our own & once again the media & Congress concealed this from the public which is criminal & they must be charged pursuant to Title 18 sec. 1001 - concealment, sec. 241 - conspiracy against rights & oppress owing 6.75 billion dollars for continued oppression. This includes US Attorney's Matthew Graves of Washington D.C. & US Attorney Josh Minkler refusing to execute indictments. Judges Richard Young, Tanya Pratt, & Magistrate Matthew Brookman all denied the guaranteed 1st amendment to conceal this from the public. This is a government cover up to rig the system so they are not held accountable & the guaranteed rights are not secured. Mostly so this is not to be proven before a candid world. I'm empowered to stop inequality, stop police brutality of which I am in power in order to stop police brutality, & social injustice.

Indiana Att. General Todd Rokita corrupt conceals checks & Balances

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita breach oath of office swearing to support the Constitution of the U.S. by refusing to go public August 17, 2023 concerning the checks & balances which is petitioned to STOP CORRUPTION. Oath further states he will not maintain an action which shall appear to be unjust which he does refusing to call a press conference which is concealment, a Federal CRIME pursuant to Title 18 sec. 1001 - concealment & sec. 241 - conspiracy against rights & oppress owing 34 million dollars for continued oppression. This started at 10 million dollars in the U.S. Supreme Court & now has reached 34 million dollars since 1998 being 10 percent each year which is a million dollars. Transcripts are irrefutable evidence Vanderburgh County Judge David Kiely imposed an all White Jury on a Black Man. This violates a Statutory Prohibition pursuant to Title 18 sec. 243. The 14th amendment mandate that race discrimination be eliminated from all official acts & proceedings from the State is most compelling in the Judicial system. The Statutory prohibition in the selection of jurors 18 U.S.C., sec. 243, enacted pursuant to the 14th Amendments enabling clause, makes race neutrality in jury selection a visible & inevitable, measure of the Judicial Systems own commitment to the demands of the Constitution. [ Constitutional Law 250.2 ( 4 ) Which provides every Black Man has a right under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, U.S.C.A., that in the selection of jurors to pass on his life, LIBERTY, or property, there shall be NO EXCLUSION OF HIS RACE. The transcripts are irrefutable evidence meaning impossible to deny or disprove Vanderburgh County Judge David Kiely imposed an all White Jury on Veteran Jesha Miller. Disburse 34 million from the Indiana Treasury for doing it & 6.75 billion for the U.S. Supreme Court for continued oppression. Todd Rokita is in conspiracy against rights instead of upholding the checks & balances which are an OFFICIAL ORDER MANDATE all 3 Branches be checked for corruption. Treasury has a duty to pay for the Default of the 14th amendment & miscarriage of justice imposing slavery in violation of the 13th amendment when a citizens freedom is taken violating both the 14th & 13th amendments. This is MONEY OWED BY LAW by both the Indiana Treasury for the amount of 34 million dollars & the Federal Treasury owing 6.75 billion dollars for continued oppression. ]
