Eure zwei treulosen ADHS Tomaten sind zurück
<p>Seit dem 8. Januar war hier Funkstille. Kein Drama, kein großes Konzept – wir sind einfach im ganz normalen ADHS-Zeitstrudel verloren gegangen. Irgendwo zwischen „Diese Woche nehmen wir auf“ und „Ups, welcher Monat ist eigentlich?“ waren plötzlich ein paar Monate vorbei.</p><p>Jetzt sind wir wieder da. Ohne konkretes Thema, aber mit einem überraschend guten Gespräch, ehrlichen Abschweifungen und genau dem Chaos, das halt zu uns gehört.</p><p>Wir geloben Besserung. Mit Reminder. Vielleicht sogar mehreren.</p><p>Schön, dass ihr noch da seid. Und falls nicht – wir verstehen es. Aber kommt bitte zurück.</p>

ADHS, Abschweifungen & Bürokratie – wir sind wieder da ( natürlich verhandelbar :))
<p>Neues Jahr, alte Stärken: In dieser Folge hat Timo seinen ADHS-Moment der Woche direkt während der Aufnahme. Live. Ungeplant. Sehr passend.<br></p><p>Kim und Timo plappern sich wie gewohnt sprunghaft durch Gedanken, Themen und Nebensätze – chaotisch, charmant und erstaunlich ehrlich.</p><p><br></p><p>Zum Schluss wird es kurz ernst: Wir wühlen uns für circa 20 Minuten durch die deutsche Bürokratie und sprechen über ADHS-Erstdiagnostik, mögliche Anlaufstellen, was man beachten sollte, wie es danach weitergehen kann und warum der Grad der Behinderung ein Thema ist, über das man reden darf.<br></p><p>Fazit: Trotz Formulare eine witzige Folge. Und ja – im neuen Jahr machen wir genau so weiter wie bisher.</p>

Unser Jahresabschluss 2025
<p>In dieser Mini-Folge werfen Kim und Timo einen schnellen Blick zurück auf das Podcastjahr: Was war los, was war wichtig und was bleibt hängen? Spoiler: ADHS war natürlich wieder dabei. Und natürlich war auch diese Folge wieder so schön chaotisch, wie man es von uns kennt.<br></p><p>Zum Abschluss gibt’s gute Wünsche für ein möglichst entspanntes, fröhliches und nur minimal chaotisches Weihnachtsfest – und einen gelungenen Start ins neue Jahr.</p><p><br></p><p>Danke fürs Zuhören, für eure Unterstützung durchs Jahr und bis ganz bald im neuen Jahr.</p>
