Episode 53: Podcast 53 Wirksam führen
„Herr Harder, wann ist für Sie Führungsarbeit eine wirksame Führung?“, so eine Frage im Rahmen eines Impulsvortrages. Eine Frage, die ziemlich genau ins Herz von Führungsarbeit zielt, denn wie kann man Führung messen? Wirksame Führung wäre eine Führungsarbeit, die nachweisbare Wirkungen erzielt, die Dinge verbessert, sie effektiver und effizienter werden lässt. Und genau da beginnt für mich das Problem bzw. die Herausforderung Führung zu bewerten: es kommt nämlich darauf an. Es kommt darauf an, welche Wirkungen von Führung bewertet werden sollen. Die Bewertung, ob Führung wirksam ist, ist damit abhängig von der konkreten Betrachtungsweise, dem Fokus, der Blickrichtung auf das Thema. Anders ausgedrückt, dem Ziel. Bei der weiteren Lektüre zum Thema Agilität bin ich auf eine Studie aus dem Jahr 2020 gestoßen. Die Unternehmensberatung Campana & Schott und die Universität St. Gallen haben insgesamt rund 500 TOP-Entscheider:innen, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende aus den TOP 10 Branchen zum Thema Agilität befragt. Ein paar dieser Ergebnisse möchte ich mir heute in diesem Podcast zunutze machen, denn spannend sind diese allemal. Es ist eines der Buzzwords unserer Zeit: Agilität. Nachdem wir unter dem Brennglas Corona erkennen durften, dass Unternehmen, die agile Arbeitsweisen nutzen vergleichbar besser durch die Krise gekommen sind, wollen es plötzlich alle – agiles Arbeiten. Es braucht nun mal für die breite Masse einschneidende Erlebnisse und Situationen, damit Veränderungen ausgelöst werden und solche Erlebnisse hat Covid-19 in Hülle und Fülle geliefert. Die Lösung ist also doch ganz einfach: Schnell ein paar agile Methoden eingeführt, die Mitarbeitenden mal eben schnell schulen und dann läuft das schon. Oder doch nicht?
