Lily talks about her absolute determination in keeping her sisters and herself alive, her small but necessary acts of defiance, the secret she kept close to her and the promise that she made - and why that promise is so prevalent today.&nbsp;</p> <p>Dov, aged 17 tells us of his determination to help his great grandmother Lily spread her story and message to the world, and by doing so how he has turned his great grandmother into an internet sensation along the way!
