003-不长痘的秘密！痤疮的生成与科学祛除，8年痘肌知无不言！
<p>作为一个从青春期就开始长痤疮，并且踩过无数坑，走过很多弯路的过来人。</p><p>我想对所有的痤疮皮肤讲：</p><p>1.祛痘真的不难，只要饮食、生活、护肤相结合，坚持内外调节，走上正确的祛痘道路，痘痘很快就会跑光光。</p><p>2.长痘不您的错，不需要有任何形式的自责。</p><p>3.痤疮爆发期和皮肤健康期的状态差别会非常大，皮肤不会永远都像爆发期那样严重，所以好起来之后，大部分瑕疵都会不复存在。</p><p>4.可以不开心，允许自己因为痘痘沮丧、焦虑、自卑，不要因为自己的这些情绪进一步地责怪自己。但是，请在沮丧、焦虑、自卑之后，依然给予自己跟痘痘战斗的机会和信心。</p><p>5.请不要相信任何三无产品。</p><p>6.请不要自行不规则地使用处方药。</p>
