在过去的6个月里，我们回访了5个重大刑事案件的相关当事人，重走了那些曾经发生过血案的地方，收录了将近2000分钟的采访录音。 这些真实、有温度的声音最终构成了五个发生在普通人身上不寻常的故事。 我们尝试带你重回案发现场，认识那些跟案件有关联的人物。你将听到他们的人生和案件之间产生的错综复杂的联系。 我们希望把事实、情绪、冲突点、疑团都摆在你的面前。在节目结束后，每一个人都可以构筑一座属于自己的正义天平。 「记录在案」是财新FM在长音频形式上的一次大胆尝试。我们把它定义为真实案件型叙事播客。 节目形态借鉴了已经火爆全球的真实犯罪类播客（True crime podcast）：节目以新闻调查报道为内核，编导通过采访案件相关当事人、办案人员、法律专家等带听众了解真实刑事案件的来龙去脉。 2014年，一档名为「Serial」的真实犯罪类播客曾引爆美国播客行业。至今，「Serial」已经被下载超过2.4亿次。 我们期待，「记录在案」为中国播客市场带来属于自己的 “Serial moment”。

1999年7月28日，合肥市恢复楼的住户反映，楼里面有一种难以描述的臭味。家住在309室的俞姓住户回忆，当时他楼上楼下敲门询问了各户人家，是不是因为天气热，谁家里面有什么东西坏了？结果他发现，整栋楼里，只有209室一直没人开门。他觉得事有蹊跷，就报了警。 而在公安撬开209室的大门后，大家看到了一个触目惊心的场景：一具男性尸体被锁在了一个钢筋铁笼子里。尸体已经高度腐败，脸面呈现深褐色，尸体已生蛆，最大蛆长1.5厘米。 ...... 本期主要人物 劳声桥：劳荣枝二哥 周兆成：劳家为劳荣枝委派律师 朱大红：劳荣枝案合肥受害人小木匠妻子 刘静洁：劳荣枝案合肥受害人小木匠的代理律师 俞晞：法子英法律援助律师 俞先生：合肥恢复楼住户
