自立について
<p>すべて自分の力でできることが自立、と思われがちですが、誰かの助けを借りて行動することが出来ることも、自立だと思います。</p> <p>例えば、会社で仕事はできるけど、一人でバスに乗れないから会社に行けない、という人がいる場合。</p> <p>誰かがバスに一緒に乗ってくれたら、その人は会社に行けて仕事ができる。</p> <p>こういった、支援付きの自立っていうのもありなんじゃないかなぁ、と思います。</p> <p>つまり、自分は何に対して支援が必要なのか、これを知っていて、相手に伝える手段があることが自立なんじゃないかなぁ、と思います。</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>使用しているBGMは、フリーBGM・音楽素材MusMus </strong><a href="https://musmus.main.jp/" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://musmus.main.jp</a></p>

スモールステップって大事だといわれてるけど・・・
<p>3月になると、個別支援計画の評価と来年度の計画作成をしなくてはいけなくなります。</p> <p>これってまじめにやると結構負担だったりするんですよ・・・。</p> <p>今ある目標を来年度に繰り越すことも多いように思います。</p> <p>でも、今年はこの繰り越しサイクルからの脱却と、利用者さんのモチベーションアップのために、報酬系を利用したポジティブサイクルの構築を目指した個別支援計画を立ててみませんか。</p> <p>今ちょっとしんどい思いをすることで、将来的に支援が楽になることにつながるかもしれませんよ。</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>使用しているBGMは、フリーBGM・音楽素材MusMus </strong><a href="https://musmus.main.jp/" rel="ugc noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://musmus.main.jp</a></p>
