江戸東京人セミナー 第41回 江戸屋
今回の江戸東京人セミナーは「屋号が印象的な老舗の特徴を学ぶ」という14年目の年間テーマでお話して頂くのにふさわしい方を満を持してお招き致しました。その方は江戸屈指の商業地と言われていた大伝馬本町通りに店を構える東京で最も古い刷毛とブラシの専門店・江戸屋の12代目、濵田捷利さんです。まず今回、300年以上続く江戸屋の歴史や由緒ある屋号の由来について当番組キーワード「知商」老舗の知識をテーマにお話していただきます。また番組後半では取り扱っている刷毛の特徴や若いリスナーの皆様にも参考になるブラシについてのお話などを当番組キーワード「知道」生活道具の知恵をテーマに伺いたいと思います。更に毎年お祭りの魅力をお伝えしている祭り特集号として今回は濵田さんが関わっているお祭りについてもお話していただきます。そして今回の番組がコロナ疲れを感じているリスナーの皆様にとって気分転換になれば幸いです。

今回は「屋号が印象的な老舗の特徴を学ぶ」という14年目の年間テーマで 新春号としてお届けする番組に ふさわしい方をお招き致しました。 その方は、初詣客が多く訪れる浅草寺のある浅草を中心に大学芋などのサツマイモ菓子を販売している 「おいもやさん興伸」の齊藤浩一さんです。この芋菓子専門店を経営しているのが 東京で唯一の甘藷問屋・川小（かわこ）商店で、齊藤さんは、その会社の５代目ということになります。 まず今回番組では、川小商店の歴史や老舗芋問屋がサツマイモ菓子の小売りを始める事になった話を伺うと共に 屋号の由来も教えて頂きます。また、サツマイモを広める為に齊藤さんが行っている活動や 新たな試みなどについても伺いたいと思います。 そして、大学芋についての基礎知識を伺いながら「おいもやさん興伸」の味に対する“こだわり”についてお話して頂きます。更に、大学芋の取扱い品種の特徴や 和製スイーツとして人気のレギュラー商品の魅力についても 教えて頂きたいと思います。 今回は、このような内容で「浅草で人気の芋菓子専門店に親しむ」という番組をお送り致します。
