<p dir="ltr"><strong>【跈等正修看世界】</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>臺灣暗空協會會長林正修〜分享【弓形蟲，貓與精子存活率】</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>貓科動物為弓形蟲的最終宿主，而弓形蟲可感染大部分的溫血動物，人類也是其中之一，台灣也有民眾只是接觸貓等寵物就受到感染。<br /> 當感染弓形蟲，若免疫功能不佳，就有可能出現淋巴結腫大、倦怠、衰弱、發燒，甚至出現皮膚紅斑丘疹、肝脾腫大、黃疸、血小板低下、水腦症、小腦症、顱內鈣化、神經病變及可能造成失明的視網膜脈絡炎；若是懷孕婦女感染，甚至有40％的機率經由胎盤傳染給胎兒。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>最新研究，弓形蟲會影響生育率(讓健康精子斷頭)</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>人類生存的環境中向來不缺貓，因此也向來不缺弓形蟲。有研究估算，全球可能有30%至50%的人感染了弓形蟲，在某些地區的弓形蟲感染率甚至超過了80%。許多生鮮、肉製品上面也存在弓形蟲卵，如果在沒有煮熟的情況下食用這些肉類就可能導致弓形蟲感染。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>感染人體後，弓形蟲會在增生期和潛伏期兩個階段之間互相轉換。經過無性生殖，在被感染的細胞內呈指數級自我擴增。快速增殖一段時間後（大概7小時），它們會轉換為幾乎靜止的狀態並潛伏起來。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>…不孕症夫婦檢測出弓形蟲的機率高於生育能力正常的夫婦，不孕的男性弓形蟲檢測呈陽性的機率更高。2021年的一項研究發現，感染了弓形蟲的男性中，86.6%的男性表現出精液異常，包括少精子症、弱精子症和畸形精子症。</strong></p> <p><strong>來源：藏在貓砂中的寄生蟲可能已感染全球一半人口。</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>講客電臺官網 : <a href="https://www.hakkaradio.org.tw/">https://www.hakkaradio.org.tw/</a></strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>講客電臺粉絲專頁 : <a href="https://www.facebook.com/hakkaradio105.9?locale=zh_TW">https://www.facebook.com/hakkaradio105.9?locale=zh_TW</a></strong></p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>【跈等正修看世界】</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>臺灣暗空協會會長林正修〜分享【另類植物顧環保－苔蘚上牆與海藻固碳】</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>大哉問：植物為何是綠色？地球大氧化時代的偶然結果</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>(1)“苔蘚是最先來到，最後離開的生命”~ 羅賓‧沃爾‧基墨爾。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>荷蘭新創公司 Respyre 研究發展出一種特殊生物親和混凝土，結合苔蘚植物技術，打造可在垂直牆面持續生長、具環境功能的綠色建材。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>“這種苔蘚牆面也可顯著降低外牆溫度，有助於緩解都市熱島問題，在實際測試案例中，苔蘚牆在高溫時能將表面溫度從近 60 °C 降至約 30 °C，進一步影響周圍微氣候。<br /> 苔蘚也能自然吸收 CO₂、NOₓ、PM10 及揮發性有機物（VOCs） 等空污成分，並透過光合作用釋出氧氣，與植樹類比，在單位面積上可達到相當程度的淨化效果。<br /> 此外，每平方公尺苔蘚層能蓄水約5公升，能減緩雨水逕流問題，並具一定的隔音效果，提升街道舒適度。<br /> 雖然苔蘚不含土壤也不會成為昆蟲大棲息地，但它的存在已經吸引如蜘蛛、螞蟻等小型無脊椎動物，增加都市生物多樣性。與傳統綠牆相比，苔蘚牆利用空氣與雨水即可維持生長，降低維護與運作成本，無需灌溉、水管系統或土壤基質。”</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>(2)海藻固碳</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>海藻是高效率的「藍碳（Blue Carbon）」生產者，生長快速且不需要淡水與肥料，固碳能力約為森林的2至5倍，其透過光合作用吸收高漲，部分在死亡後沉入深海封存，部分則能吸收水體中的過剩養分，具有碳儲存、淨化濃度及破壞海洋酸化等生態價值。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>後續：海藻固碳如何穩定並規模化?如何納入全球碳交易中?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>講客電臺官網 : <a href="https://www.hakkaradio.org.tw/">https://www.hakkaradio.org.tw/</a></strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>講客電臺粉絲專頁 : <a href="https://www.facebook.com/hakkaradio105.9?locale=zh_TW">https://www.facebook.com/hakkaradio105.9?locale=zh_TW</a></strong></p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>【跈等正修看世界】</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>臺灣暗空協會會長林正修〜【漫談章魚】</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"> </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>章魚的演化、智力與右手第三臂(R3)</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>大約2.75億年前，一種類似蝸牛的海洋生物失去了它笨重的外殼，在一個快速演化的過程中，它發展出了自己的推進系統，同時擁有了出色的視覺和巨大的大腦。它從天真無邪的草食蝸牛變成了技巧高超又高效的捕食者，這就是我們所知道的章魚，地球上最神秘的生物之一。它展現出令人印象深刻的認知能力，而且與任何我們通常稱為有智慧的生物完全不同。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong> 以色列希伯來大學生命科學研究所神經生物學系中的Benny Hochner教授所帶領的以色列科學家團隊與以色列Ruppin學術中心海洋科學系的Nir Nesher博士和Tal Shomrat博士合作，他們已經研究章魚的智力將近20年了。Hochner教授說，他們最有趣的發現之一是這些軟體動物如何發展出學習和記憶的過程…。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>長崎大學的研究發現，雄性章魚對待自己的「右邊第三隻手」（簡稱 R3）簡直跟命一樣，因為R3是牠們的交接腕，也就那是牠們的生殖器。</strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>春木慶次郎教授發現，如果你去碰雄章魚的其他手，牠可能沒啥反應，但如果你敢動牠的 R3，牠會直接跟你拚命！「這就像人類男性一樣，遇到威脅時，下半身會自動縮小防禦。」</strong></p> <p><strong>由於這條特化的交接腕負責將精子傳遞給雌性，一旦失去將導致數月無法繁衍，因此雄性在面對危險或探索未知物體時表現出極高的防禦性。相對於雌性，雄性顯著減少使用該特定觸手進行探索，以規避潛在的傷害風險⋯⋯。</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>講客電臺官網 : <a href="https://www.hakkaradio.org.tw/">https://www.hakkaradio.org.tw/</a></strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>講客電臺粉絲專頁 : <a href="https://www.facebook.com/hakkaradio105.9?locale=zh_TW">https://www.facebook.com/hakkaradio105.9?locale=zh_TW</a></strong></p>
