この番組では、忙しい学校の先生たちでも、移動時間などに耳から短時間で役立つ情報をキャッチできる、そんなコンテンツを発信します。 学校の教師に求められるスキルは実に膨大にあります。しかし、そのほとんどは、誰かから直接教えてもらえません。例えば、「授業での生徒の見取り方」一つとっても、自分で経験的に習得するしかない状況です。試行錯誤、それ自体は必要ですが、各個人で試行錯誤すれば、全ての教師が同じように成長できるとは限りません。 また学ぶ意欲はあっても、忙しさや家庭の事情などで、なかなか学ぶ機会を持ちづらい先生方もいらっしゃると思います。 そこで、私自身が日々の教育実践の中から紡いだことを、みなさんと分かち合えたら、何らかのお役に立てるのではないかと考えました。 私は教育こそが、持続可能な社会を創る基盤になると信じています。子供たちの幸せな未来のために、教育に携わる皆さんと一緒に考えていければ嬉しく思います。 【配信者プロフィール】 小林大介 1987年神奈川県生まれ 公立中学校社会科教師
