<p>今出川 FM、今回は画像キャプチャサービス「Gyazo」の新プロダクトマネージャー（PdM）に就任したtakeruさんをゲストにお迎えしました。</p><p>元々UIデザイナー、さらにはハードウェア設計のバックグラウンドを持つtakeruさん。就任から3ヶ月が経過し、「単に良いものを作るだけでなく、事業としての数値に責任を持つ」というPdMならではの重圧とワクワクを語ります。</p><p>対談では、takeruさんが掲げる「メンバーの視界をクリアにする」というテーマを深掘り。開発者中心の組織において、いかにユーザー理解やビジネス視点を接続し、「プロダクトアウト」と「マーケットイン」の両輪を回していくのか。その独自のマネジメント論は必聴です。</p><p>さらに、歴史ある「Gyazo」の意外なユーザー層（オンラインポーカーやトレードの学習用！？） や、大AI時代におけるGyazoのポテンシャルについても熱く議論。AIが参照する「情報の置き所」として、Gyazoが持つメタデータや文脈情報の価値がどう変わっていくのか、未来の展望に迫ります。</p><p>CTOのakiroomさんが自らGyazoのコードを書き、チームがざわついた（！）という、Helpfeel社らしいオープンな開発文化のエピソードも。プロダクトへの愛と、AI時代の新たな挑戦が詰まった30分です。</p>
