実に二年半ぶりの収録です！大阪に引っ越して３ヶ月が経ちました。知り合いもいなくて、だいぶメンタルが落ちこんで、このままではやばい…！と思って始めたラジオ。元気になる方法を見つけました！昔何年か頑張っていたことを再びやってみよう。缶けりでも、水彩でも、何でもいいんです。そうすると、今の自分の状態がよくわかります。客観的に自分を見つめるって、難しいから。ぜひ、また一緒に何かに取り組んでみましょう！
