<p style="line-height:30px;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">《韩非子》是法家学派的代表著作，共二十卷。韩非（约公元前280～233年），后人称韩非子或韩子，战国时期韩国人，为韩国公子，与李斯同学于荀子，喜好刑名法术之学，为法家学派代表人物。全书由五十五篇独立的论文集辑而成，里面的典故大都出自韩非，除个别文章外，篇名均表示该文主旨。其学说的核心是以君主专制为基础的法、术、势结合思想，秉持进化论的历史观，主张极端的功利主义，认为人与人之间主要是利害关系而仁爱教化辅之，强调以法治国，以利用人，对秦汉以后中国封建社会制度的建立产生了重大影响。该书在先秦诸子中具有独特的风格，思想犀利，文字峭刻，逻辑严密，善用寓言，其寓言经整理之后又辑为各种寓言集，如《内外储说》、《说林》、《喻老》、《十过》等即是。</p>
