<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">女，白人，五十四岁，长期便秘，自述经西医检查，她的肠子比一般人长许多，因此大便会在肠中呆得比一般人久。造成便秘腹痛，自己都能感觉到肠子在转动，但是大便就是出不来。也因为如此，时常从口中吐出些蛔虫出来，当然是已经死去的寄生虫之类。经服用西药多年至今从未好转过，现在是越来越严重。出诊长期便秘，小便黄，排气多，时常腹痛，口中吐重出。舌苔黄湿，味重，脉诊助而有力。问诊口干燥即冷饮，排气频繁，腹痛而密补，方乌梅丸。另外使用候补三物汤。候补三物汤与小承气汤药味是一样的，但是剂量有些不同。为什么呢？候补八钱，枳实四钱，大黄四钱。七副，要吃一粥，每副用六碗水去煮，去煮成两碗，早晚餐前各一碗。此案例包含两个经方在内，一是乌梅丸，二是候补三物汤。 经方讲究的是辩证手法，只要对症，必然一剂就知。</p>

大承气汤症9-7-06
<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">有下利的大承气汤证，男，四十二岁，美国白人，我的忠诚病号，此人只要身体一出问题，第一个就想到我今天来诊治很特殊。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">记录如下，一日数次。下利时常来不及跑到厕所，已经三天了。今天他同时介绍一位女患者，就是前面吃大承气汤的那位小姐。问诊，口渴，喜冷饮，肚痛，睡不好，反复不定，燥热，下不见成形，大便复诊，用手指压他的天枢穴，表现拘暗。诊断大承气汤症。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">处方后补两钱，枳实二钱，大黄三钱，芒硝二钱，分两包冲服，给五副药。这种因为干燥大便阻塞在大肠里而造成大便无法排出，只有水可以通过肠道的便秘，让许多中医师无法了解这种是因为便秘而引起的下利问题。从而无法想象大承气汤证，这种案例也是常见的一种。大承气汤症，用大承气汤将燥湿供下来，于是下利自然就好了。</p>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">大黃附子細辛湯症</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">女，57 歲，蘇聯人，她是蘇聯首席芭蕾舞者的經理人，因為這位首席舞者的甲狀腺癌被我治好，於是她今天也跟著找我治療她多年的老毛病。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">初診:自述她一生都便秘，胃酸反逆嚴重，每次飯後就是胃最難過的時候，看盡所有醫師，從未好過。腹痛，也無便意，上身燥熱難當， ，下身很卻冷，口不渴，睡失眠。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">脈診:沈細小且無力。診斷: 少陰之寒實症。 </p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">處方:大黃四錢，炮附子三錢，細辛二錢，旋覆花二錢，代赭石三錢，生薑二片。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"> 囑咐病人忌吃甜食與喝咖啡。這種病例非常明顯的是屬於大黃附子細辛湯症，這處方是唯一可以治她的處方，就是因為是唯一，無可取代的處方，所以她在遇到我之前從未被治好過，因為這是經方， </p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">第一: 蘇聯與美國西醫當然是從未聽過有這處方。因為他們沒有文化，又自以為是天下無敵， 瞧不起中醫， 所以他們從未學過中醫，因此病人失治。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">第二: 幾乎所有中醫都是溫病派或是學院派，因此他們一看到有大黃，有附子，有細辛時，立刻跳過去，不但不讀它，也不想用它，只是因為自己不懂，所以不用，而因此也造成病人失治，這就是她一直沒有好的原因。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">這種一劑就知的處方，是唯一可以治療她的處方，無可取代，而世上有多少人得到跟她相同問題的人存在， 你們說呢? 這些病人通通無治，只因為醫師學藝不精造成，處方早就存在於我國至少二千年以上，結果卻無人會用，藥方既簡單又便宜好用，人紀學員們請記住這使用的時機，我將在教傷寒時會詳加再說明的。</p><span><br></span>
