精神病院に強制入院させられた19歳のシバックス青年は、両親を恨んでいました。「どうしてこんな事をするんだ」「見捨てられた気がして辛かったのに」と だけど今から思えばそういった無理矢理にでも入院したおかげで今の健康な自分がいるんやと、そう振り返っています だから今辛い状況にある皆さんにも必ずや幸せに思える日がきっと来ます。だから諦めないでええんよ #統合失調症 #シバックス #精神障害者 #精神病院 #強制措置入院

統合失調症になったから人生オワコンなかどうか？なんて、本人の心がけ次第やと思います つまり断薬したり酒に溺れたら人生詰みやすいし、逆にたっぷり睡眠を取って処方された薬を欠かさず飲めば寛解維持も夢ではありません だからこそ医師を信じて治療に専念しましょう！決して焦らないように #統合失調症 #シバックス #精神障害者 #メンタルヘルス #精神疾患 #うつ病 #寛解
