Even in those early days, short walks outside to breathe in fresh air were essential to keeping my spirits high.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Step 2 – Taking It Outside: As my strength grew, I began exploring the outdoors—easy hikes, park workouts, and being in nature became crucial for my mental and physical recovery.
