   Requiem

Lyrics[Intro]The guitars wail, the night won’t sleep,A requiem for promises we couldn’t keep.[Verse 1]Walking through the silence where the echoes fall,Every step I’m haunted by the weight of it all.The city lights flicker, like ghosts in disguise,I’m chasing down tomorrow in your vacant eyes.[Pre-Chorus]The rhythm pulls me closer,The truth cuts like a blade,But I won’t bow to sorrow,I’m stronger than the pain.[Chorus]Requiem—hear me calling,Through the noise and through the fight.Requiem—the walls are falling,I will stand and claim the night.[Verse 2]Shadows try to hold me, but I break away,The past is just a burden I refuse to obey. The pulse inside my chest is louder than regret,Every note’s a promise that I won’t forget.[Pre-Chorus]The rhythm pulls me closer,The truth cuts like a blade,But I won’t bow to sorrow,I’m stronger than the pain.[Chorus]Requiem—hear me calling,Through the noise and through the fight.Requiem—the walls are falling,I will stand and claim the night.[Bridge]Let the thunder roll, let the skyline burn,Every broken moment is a lesson learned.Raise your voice, let the anthem rise,We are more than silence, we are still alive.[Chorus – Repeat/Layered]Requiem—hear me calling,Through the noise and through the fight.Requiem—the walls are falling,I will stand and claim the night. [Outro]This requiem is not the end,It’s where the new life will begin.
