Host, Aaron J Yancey, has jumped between 30 plus jobs before the age of 30. This podcast gives him an excuse to talk to people from all walks of life about what they wanted to be when they grew up, best and worst work situations, and aspirations beyond their current jobs.
This episode was recorded live from KC Pizza Kitchen in the Westport area of downtown Kansas City. As only my second interview ever for Job Jumper Journeys, I was a little nervous, but loved my brief conversation with Chanelle. Please excuse the background noise and random 3 AMish musical playlist I chose on the jukebox. Enjoy!
Breeze is an international award winning spoken word artist and author hailing from Richmond, Virginia, currently residing in Charlotte, North Carolina. We crossed paths while on my adventure in 2018 out to the Queen City and I was blessed to record some snippets from his surreal story.
Enjoy this insightful interview in which we discuss his journey through discovering disguised depression, surviving abuse, searching for solace in writing, learning to balance priories as a parent, and working a few odd jobs before finally jumping to that great moment of clarity when he knew all he wanted to do was perform poetry for people all over the world.
