<p>Christian arbeitet im Jugendamt, genauer gesagt im Allgemeinen Sozialen Dienst (ASD). In seinem Alltag kämpft er gegen hartnäckige Vorurteile und für die Kinder und die Familie. Sehr persönlich berichtet er von seinen Erfahrungen, die er seit 2 Jahren im ASD sammeln konnte. <p>Zusammen mit seiner Frau gründet Oliver 1994 ein privates Kinder- und Jugendheim. Im Gespräch ergänzt er das Interview der letzten Folge durch seine langjährige Erfahrung. Wir bekommen einen realistischen und ungeschönten Einblick in den Beruf und das Leben eines Heimerziehers. <p>In dieser Folge begleiten wir unseren ersten Gast Jan auf sein Feld der Jugend- und Heimerziehung. Er erzählt von seinem Alltag, der Gruppe, die er betreut und welche Herausforderungen der Beruf mit sich bringt. Für ihn stehen Menschen über Methoden, er wünscht sich mehr Empathie auf Arbeit und meint, dass man Konflikte auch mal ruhen lassen kann.
