Ray has run Peta 2, worked for Century Media, used to own / set up Sound & Fury Festival has done consultant work for No Sleep Records and is currently an artist manager at Tandem Management, the host of 100 Word or Less Podcast and head of podcast development at iHEARTRadio. Ray and I go WAY back so we talk having podcasts, how we met, his old band Mikoto and event older band TAKEN, the shared perspective of good people in the music industry, our different backgrounds in music yet still intertwining with eachother, we remember the myspace days, share how he got into punk/hardcore and how that lead him to work at Century Media, talk about some memories, talk about AFI and their singer Davey, Vegan food, a little bit about faith as well as old bands and Ray's history in life as well as when he owned & ran the Sound & Fury Festival in Santa Barbara, CA!
