   Joey's Theory: Behavioural Physics

Fear is loud, bracing, tense. Love is deep, calm, peace. One drains you. One sustains you. Emotions aren't just feelings—they're frequencies. Waves you emit. Fear? High-frequency chaos. Love? Low-frequency power. And you don't fight chaos. You entrain it. One calm frequency can slow the whole room. This is Behavioral Physics. Stop reacting. Start transmitting.

Joey’s Theory - The Law of Behaviour. Book Launch ❤️

"Joey’s Theory: The Law of Behaviour" by Nina Fitzgerald is a profound exploration of human nature that posits all behaviour is a manifestation of insecurity, while love is defined as the complete absence of fear. Drawing from the author’s transformative experience with a rescue cockatoo, the book reframes "bad" behaviour as an ancient survival mechanism rather than a moral failure or character flaw. Fitzgerald provides a comprehensive toolkit—including the Ladder of Insecurity, the Safety Geiger Counter, and the Intervention Protocol—to guide readers from the reactive CAVEMIND 1.0 operating system to the conscious, love-led JoeyOS 2.0. By focusing on BINT (Breaking Intergenerational Trauma), the work empowers individuals to interrupt inherited cycles of fear and become "Safety Builders" who foster security in their families and communities. Ultimately, this book acts as a "map and a mirror," reminding us that safety is the essential condition for genuine connection and performance, and that the more love we give, the stronger we are.
