<p><strong>El siervo escogido del Señor </strong>(0:15) "He aquí mi siervo, a quien sostendré; (1:50) mi escogido en quien se complace mi alma. Sobre él he puesto mi Espíritu, y él traerá justicia a las naciones. No gritará ni alzará su voz, ni la hará oír en la calle. No quebrará la caña cascada, ni apagará la mecha que se está extinguiendo; (0:40) según la verdad traerá justicia. No se desalentará ni desfallecerá hasta que haya establecido la justicia en la tierra. Y las costas esperarán su ley."</p> <p>(2:15) Así dice Dios Jehovah, el que crea los cielos y el que los despliega; el que extiende la tierra y sus productos, (1:01) y el que da respiración al pueblo que está en ella y aliento a los que andan por ella: "Yo, Jehovah, te he llamado en justicia, y te asiré de la mano. (2:43) Te guardaré y te pondré como pacto para el pueblo, y como luz para las naciones, a fin de que abras los ojos que están ciegos y saques de la cárcel a los presos, y de la prisión a los que moran en las tinieblas. (3:05) Yo, Jehovah; éste es mi nombre. No daré mi gloria a otros, ni mi alabanza a los ídolos. He aquí, ya sucedieron las cosas primeras; ahora os anuncio las cosas nuevas. Antes que salgan a luz, yo os las anuncio."</p> <p><strong>Cantad al SEÑOR un nuevo cántico </strong>(3:25) Cantad a Jehovah un cántico nuevo, su alabanza desde el extremo de la tierra, los que navegáis en el mar y su plenitud; las costas y sus habitantes. Alcen la voz el desierto y sus ciudades, las aldeas donde habita Quedar. Canten de júbilo los habitantes de Sela, y griten desde la cumbre de los montes. Den gloria a Jehovah; proclamen en las costas su alabanza. (4:21) Jehovah saldrá como valiente, y como hombre de guerra despertará su celo. Gritará, ciertamente lanzará el grito; sobre sus enemigos prevalecerá. "Por mucho tiempo he callado; he guardado silencio y me he contenido. Pero ahora gemiré como la que está de parto, jadeando y resoplando a la vez. (4:46) Devastaré montes y colinas, y haré secar toda su hierba. Los ríos convertiré en islotes, y haré secar las lagunas. (5:33) Conduciré a los ciegos por un camino que no han conocido, y por sendas que no han conocido les guiaré. Delante de ellos transformaré las tinieblas en luz, y los lugares escabrosos en llanuras. Estas cosas haré por ellos y no los desampararé. (6:08) Serán vueltos atrás y en extremo avergonzados los que confían en ídolos y dicen a las imágenes de fundición: 'Vosotros sois nuestros dioses.'</p> <p><strong>Israel ni oye, ni ve </strong>(6:29) "¡Sordos, oíd; y ciegos, mirad para ver! ¿Quién es ciego, sino mi siervo? ¿Quién es sordo, sino mi mensajero que he enviado? ¿Quién es ciego como el emisario, y ciego como el siervo de Jehovah? Tú ves muchas cosas, pero no las guardas. Los oídos están abiertos, pero nadie escucha. (6:52) Sin embargo, Jehovah se ha complacido en hacer grande y gloriosa la ley, a causa de su justicia.'" Pero éste es un pueblo despojado y saqueado. Todos ellos han sido atrapados en hoyos y están escondidos en cárceles. Han sido objeto de despojo sin que haya quien los libre. Han sido objeto de saqueo sin que haya quien diga: "¡Restituidles!"</p> <p>(8:14) ¿Quién de entre vosotros oirá esto? ¿Quién atenderá y escuchará con respecto al porvenir? ¿Quién entregó a Jacob al saqueador, y a Israel a los despojadores? ¿Acaso no fue Jehovah, contra quien hemos pecado? Ellos no quisieron andar en sus caminos, ni obedecieron su ley. Por tanto, Dios derramó sobre él el furor de su ira y la violencia de la guerra. Le prendió fuego en derredor; sin embargo, no entendió. Lo incendió, pero él no lo tuvo en cuenta.</p>

Isaiah 42 I have called you for a righteous purpose, and I will hold you by your hand. I will watch over you, and I will appoint you to be a COVENANT mediator for the people and a LIGHT to the nations
<p><strong>THE LORD'S CHOSEN SERVANT</strong> (0:20) (2:25)</p> <p>"This is my servant; I strengthen him, this is my chosen one; (0:32) I delight in him. I have put my Spirit on him; he will bring justice to the nations. (0:56) He will not cry out or shout or make his voice heard in the streets. He will not break a bruised reed, and he will not put out a smoldering wick; (1:23) he will faithfully bring justice. He will not grow weak or be discouraged until he has established justice on earth. The coasts and islands will wait for his instruction."</p> <p>(1:45) This is what God, the LORD says, He who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk on it: (1:59) "I am the LORD. (2:38) I have called you for a righteous purpose, and I will hold you by your hand. I will watch over you, and I will appoint you to be a covenant for the people and a light to the nations, in order to open blind eyes, (2:51) to bring out prisoners from the dungeon, and those sitting in darkness from the prison house. (2:16) I am the LORD. That is my name, and I will not give my glory to another or my praise to idols. (3:03) The past events have indeed happened. Now I declare new events; I announce them to you before they occur."</p> <p><strong>SING TO THE LORD A NEW SONG</strong> 🎶 (3:24)</p> <p>Sing a new song to the LORD; sing his praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea with all that fills it, you coasts and islands with your inhabitants. Let the desert and its cities shout, the settlements where Kedar dwells cry aloud. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing for joy; let them cry out from the mountaintops.</p> <p>(3:55) Let them give glory to the LORD and declare his praise in the coasts and islands. (4:19) The LORD advances like a warrior; he stirs up his zeal like a soldier. (4:40) He shouts, he roars aloud, he prevails over his enemies: “I have kept silent from ages past; (4:58) I have been quiet and restrained myself. But now, I will groan like a woman in labor, gasping breathlessly.</p> <p>(5:17) I will lay waste mountains and hills and dry up all their vegetation. I will turn rivers into islands and dry up marshes. I will lead the blind by a way they did not know; I will guide them on paths they have not known. I will turn darkness to light in front of them and rough places into level ground. (5:52) This is what I will do for them, and I will not abandon them. They will be turned back and utterly ashamed; those who trust in an idol and say to a cast image, 'You are our gods!’</p> <p><strong>ISRAEL'S FAILURE TO HEAR AND SEE</strong> (6:24)</p> <p>"Listen, you deaf! Look, you blind, so that you may see. Who is blind but my servant, or deaf like my messenger I am sending? (6:50) Who is blind like my dedicated one, or blind like the servant of the LORD? Though seeing many things, you pay no attention. Though his ears are open, he does not listen."</p> <p>(7:13) Because of his righteousness, the LORD was pleased to magnify his instruction and make it glorious. But this is a people plundered and looted, all of them trapped in holes or imprisoned in dungeons. They have become plunder with no one to rescue them and loot, with no one saying, “Give it back!” (7:49) Who among you will hear this? Let him listen and obey in the future.</p> <p>(7:58) Who gave Jacob to the robber, and Israel to the plunderers? (8:16) Was it not the LORD? Have we not sinned against him? They were not willing to walk in his ways, and they would not listen to his instruction. So he poured out his furious anger and the power of war on Jacob. It surrounded him with fire, but he did not know it; it burned him, but he didn't take it to heart.</p>

Isaías 41 No temas, porque Yo estoy contigo; no te he desechado; no tengas miedo, porque yo soy tu Dios. Te fortaleceré y te ayudaré. Siempre te sustentaré con la diestra de mi justicia
<p>(3:02) <em><strong>No temas, porque yo estoy contigo</strong></em> (0:53) (0:18) "¡Guardad silencio ante mí, oh costas; y renueven fuerzas las naciones Acérquense y entonces hablen. Acerquémonos juntos para juicio. (1:09) ¿Quién despertó del oriente al que para justicia convocó ante sus pies? Entregará delante de él las naciones, de modo que tenga dominio sobre los reyes. Los convertirá en polvo con su espada; y con su arco, en paja arrebatada. Los perseguirá y pasará en paz por una senda donde sus pies nunca habían caminado.</p> <p>(1:29) ¿Quién ha hecho y realizado esto, llamando a las generaciones desde el principio? Yo Jehovah soy el primero, y yo mismo estoy con los últimos." (1:51) Las costas han visto y temen. Los confines de la tierra tiemblan; se congregan y acuden. Cada cual ayuda a su compañero y dice a su hermano: "¡Esfuérzate!" El escultor anima al platero, y el que alisa con martillo dice al que golpea en el yunque, con respecto a la soldadura: "¡Está bien!" Luego lo afirma con clavos para que no se tambalee.</p> <p>(2:37) "Pero tú, oh Israel, eres mi siervo; (10:11) tú, oh Jacob, a quien escogí, <em>descendencia de Abraham mi amigo</em>. Yo te tomé de los extremos de la tierra, y de sus regiones más remotas te llamé diciéndote: 'Tú eres mi siervo; yo te he escogido y no te he desechado. (3:16) <em>No temas, porque yo estoy contigo. No tengas miedo, porque yo soy tu Dios. Te fortaleceré, y también te ayudaré. También te sustentaré con la diestra de mi justicia.'</em></p> <p>(3:42) He aquí que todos los que se enardecen contra ti serán avergonzados y afrentados; los que contienden contigo perecerán. Buscarás a los que contienden contigo, pero no los hallarás más. (4:36) Porque yo, Jehovah, soy tu Dios que te toma fuertemente de tu mano derecha y te dice: 'No temas; yo te ayudo.'</p> <p>(4:19) No temas, gusanito de Jacob; vosotros, los poquitos de Israel. Yo soy tu socorro, dice Jehovah, tu Redentor, el Santo de Israel. (4:57) He aquí que yo te he puesto como trillo, como rastrillo nuevo lleno de dientes. (5:37) Pero tú te regocijarás en Jehovah; te gloriarás en el Santo de Israel.</p> <p>(6:07) "Los pobres y los necesitados buscan agua, y no la hay; su lengua se reseca de sed. (5:54) Pero yo, Jehovah, les responderé; yo, el Dios de Israel, no los abandonaré. Sobre las cumbres áridas abriré ríos, y manantiales en medio de los valles. Convertiré el desierto en lagunas, y la tierra reseca en fuentes de agua. (6:25) Haré crecer en el desierto cedros, acacias, mirtos y olivos. Pondré en la región árida cipreses, olmos y abetos, para que vean y conozcan; para que juntos reflexionen y entiendan que la mano de Jehovah ha hecho esto, y que el Santo de Israel lo ha creado.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Los ídolos son inútiles (7:10)</p> <p>"Presentad vuestra causa, dice Jehovah; exponed vuestros argumentos, dice el Rey de Jacob. Que se acerquen y nos anuncien lo que ha de suceder. Declárennos las cosas que han sucedido desde el principio, y prestaremos atención. (7:48) O hacednos oír de las cosas por venir, y sabremos su final. "Decidnos lo que ha de venir después, para que sepamos que vosotros sois dioses. (8:09) Por lo menos, haced el bien o el mal, para que nosotros tengamos miedo y también temamos. He aquí que vosotros nada sois, y vuestras obras no existen; el que os escoja es una abominación.</p> <p>(8:30) "Del norte desperté a uno, y vendrá; desde el lugar donde nace el sol, él invocará mi nombre. Y pisoteará a gobernantes como a lodo, como el alfarero pisa el barro. (8:51) ¿Quién lo anunció desde el principio, para que lo supiéramos? ¿Quién lo dijo de antemano, para que dijéramos: 'Él tenía razón'? Ciertamente no hay quien lo diga, ni quien lo anuncie. Tampoco hay quien oiga vuestras palabras. (9:18) He aquí que yo fui el primero que declaré estas cosas a Sion, y a Jerusalén le daré un portador de buenas nuevas." Miré, y no había ninguno. Entre ellos no había consejeros a quienes les preguntara para que me dieran respuesta. He aquí que todos son iniquidad, y la obra de ellos nada es. Viento y vanidad son sus imágenes de fundición.</p>
