Because wellness doesn't have to be perfect...it just has to work for you.
I kept telling myself I wanted to record another episode...but between the start of a very different school year, big changes for our family, and trying to find my footing in a new routine...life has felt a little overwhelming lately.
And then I realized that that's exactly what I needed to talk about.
In episode 11, I'm sharing what I'm learning right now in the messy middle of a season of change...not after I've figured it all out either. We're talking about priorities, letting people help us, adjusting what taking care of ourselves looks like, and making sure we don't get so busy managing our lives that we forget to actually live them.
And yes, there's a sunset involved that wasn't technically a sunset yet.
🎙️ This week's mic drop: "You don't have to wait for life to settle down before you start living it. Take care of yourself, prioritize what matters first, and don't get so busy managing your life that you miss the moments that make it worth living."

Are You in the Right Room?
Who are you becoming around the people you spend the most time with?
After one whirlwind week that took me from a convention in Nashville...to a cabin and campfire with some of my oldest childhood friends...I couldn't stop thinking about the different "rooms" we choose throughout our lives and how quietly they shape us.
Some people challenge us to dream bigger. Some remind us who we've always been. Some make our worlds bigger. And sometimes finding those people requires being brave enough to walk into a room where we don't know anyone yet.
In episode 10, I'm sharing stories about community, friendship, marriage, finding new people during new seasons, and the harder question we don't always ask ourselves: Who do other people become when they're around us?
Because I don't just want a long life. I want a full life...surrounded by people who laugh with me, challenge me, believe in me, and hopefully grow alongside me.
This week's Mic Drop:
Pay attention to the rooms you choose. The right people won't ask you to become someone else...they'll love you for who you are, challenge you to grow, and bring out more of the person you're capable of becoming.

What If You're Wrong?
Have you ever been absolutely convinced you knew something...only to realize later you were completely wrong?
In this episode, I share a funny story that started with sushi...but quickly became a much bigger lesson about fear, comfort zones, and the opportunities we almost miss.
From childhood violin recitals...to studying abroad in Australia....to joining a tiny jump rope club in kindergarten....I look back on the moments that shaped my life and ask one important question: What if the greatest opportunities in our lives are hiding just beyond the things that make us uncomfortable?
If you've ever found yourself saying, "That's not for me." "I could never do that." or... "Maybe someday."
....this episode is for you.
Sometimes one small decision can quietly change the direction of your life forever.
This Week's Mic Drop:
Challenge leads to curiosity. Curiosity builds courage. Courage changes lives.

When Did We Stop Playing?
When was the last time you played...just for the fun of it?
As kids, we didn't need fitness trackers, step goals, or workout plans. We ran because someone yelled, "Last one to the swings is a rotten egg!" We climbed trees, played kickball, rode bikes until the street lights came on, and somehow movement just happened naturally.
In this episode, I'm taking you back to my childhood...where neighborhood games, campfires, and a simple jump rope shaped so much of who I am today. We'll talk about why movement slowly became another item on our to-do list, what my boys are teaching me about joy, and why I think one of the healthiest things we can do is simply remember how to play again.
I hope this episode brings back a few memories...and maybe even inspires you to create some new ones.

The Daily Deposits...Small Choices That Shape Your Future
What if the biggest changes in your health aren't made in one workout, one meal, or one big decision...but through thousands of small choices repeated over time?
In this week's episode, I'm sharing how my definition of health has completely changed over the last few years. We often chase quick results, but I've learned that lasting health is built through small daily deposits...the quiet habits that nobody sees but our future selves will thank us for.
We'll talk about the shift from chasing a number on the scale to building strength, the example we set for our kids, why consistency always beats perfection, and how simple everyday choices can shape the quality of our lives for years to come.
Because maybe the life you want tomorrow starts with one small deposit today.

We Were Never Meant to Do This Alone
One of the biggest turning points in my health journey didn't start with a workout, a meal plan, or even a new habit.
It started with one small click... "Join Meeting."
In this episode, I'm sharing how a simple 5a.m. Zoom call with women I'd never met in person became the accountability I didn't know I needed during one of the loneliest seasons of life. We'll talk about why accountability isn't about being perfect, why showing up messy is always better than not showing up at all, and how the people around us often help us become the person we're trying to be.
If you've ever struggled to stay consistent on your own, this episode is for you.

Fueling My Future with Protein
For years, I thought protein was mainly about building muscle. While that's true, I had no idea how much bigger the picture really was.
In this episode, I'm sharing the moment that completely changed the way I think about protein, why it has become such an important part of my wellness journey, and how it's helped me invest in the future version of myself.
This isn't about dieting or chasing the number on the scale. It's about building strength, protecting our health, and creating a body that allows us to keep doing the things we love for years to come.
If you've ever wondered why protein has become such a big topic in the wellness world, I hope this conversation encourages you to stay curious and think about your own future a little differently.

The Strongest Version of You Is Still There
Have you ever stopped to think about the strongest version of yourself?
In this episode, I'm sharing two seasons of my life when I felt my healthiest and the surprising realization that came from reflecting on them. Together, we'll talk about why healthy isn't just a number on the scale, how life can pull us away from the routines that once made us feel our best, and why I believe the strongest version of you is never truly gone.
As we head into a busy holiday weekend, my hope is that this episode reminds you of what you're capable of and encourages you to take one small step back toward the healthiest version of yourself.
Because sometimes the woman you're trying to become...is someone you've already been.
