[…] But, you know, JCOG-1008 was designed as a non-inferiority trial as well as not power to demonstrate the superiority. Therefore, I do not think we can conclude that weakly sparting is more effective. What is important clinically is that survival benefit was maintained with longer follow-up together with a more favorable acute toxicity. So in my view, clinicians can now choose either schedule for sparting eligible patient based on the individual patient and practical considerations. So when we think about that, are there any patients that you would select for a weekly regimen as opposed to every three-week regimen? […]
