<p>Do you struggle with the balance between giving support to others and allowing yourself to receive it in return?</p> <p>Jenny shares personal reflections on their struggles with giving too much and the difficulty in asking for, and sometimes not receiving, the support they need. </p> <p>Listeners are invited to engage in a reflective journaling exercise about their own experiences in giving and receiving support, prompting introspection about their abilities to maintain this balance. </p> <p>The episode is intentionally kept short, mirroring the theme of self-care and the necessity of prioritizing one's own needs.
