Journey through the Seasons - Season 4 - Awaken
We’re approaching the end of the winter season, so it’s a good moment to pause and feel the gratitude - both for all the past few months have offered us and this particular moment time; a time at which, as Sue reminds us, we can find the extraordinary in the every day about which to feel grateful. Sue talks about her passion for Imbolc and offers a short and revitalising yoga sequence for lymphatic drainage, whilst Emma shares beautiful words from David Whyte and warming breakfast recipes. A lovely dose of cosy to round off the winter series of the podcast.
