   Season 2, Episode 2: The Price of Love Is Grief

   What if grief isn’t proof that you haven’t healed? What if some things stay tender simply because they mattered? In this episode of Journey Thru The Darkness, I’m coming to you from Medellín, Colombia, in the middle of a deeply emotional season — reflecting on love, loss, old versions of myself, relationships I no longer want back, places I’ve had to leave, family, friendship, anger, gratitude, and the strange reality that sometimes our happiest chapters can still hold grief. We talk about the grief that comes with becoming. The grief of outgrowing who you were. The grief of loving people you can no longer walk beside. The grief of leaving places that became home. The grief of knowing that nothing — and no one — stays exactly the same forever. And ultimately, the realization that grief may simply be the price we pay for having loved something deeply enough for its absence to matter. This episode is about allowing grief and gratitude to exist in the same room. About being angry without spiritually bypassing what hurt. About loving people without believing they still need access to you. About being fully present for the middle, even though we know every chapter eventually ends. Because if the price of love is grief, I still choose love every fucking time. I would rather have a life full of things worth grieving than a life I protected myself from ever loving deeply enough to lose.    Season 2, Episode 1: Germination — What Grew in the Darkness

   After almost four years away, Journey Through the Darkness is back. But I’m not returning as the same woman who sat behind this microphone in Season 1. Over the last four years, life cracked me open in ways I never could have predicted—relationships ended, identities shifted, money came and went, my body changed, my faith deepened, I left behind lives I once thought I wanted, traveled across the world, and slowly became someone I hadn’t met yet. And looking back, I finally have a word for what was happening: Germination. Before a seed ever reaches the sunlight, it breaks open in the darkness. It grows roots where nobody can see them. There is no applause, no visible progress, no evidence of the flower it will eventually become. And sometimes, becoming works exactly the same way. In the first episode of Season 2, I’m talking about the invisible seasons of transformation—the breaking, rooting, rebuilding, healing, and identity shifts that happen long before anyone sees the bloom.    The Spiritual Teachings Of Time with Dr. Franco J. Chevalier

   Connecting to Our Body through The Emotion Code- With Dorela Iepan

   A part of healing is finding the catalyst for our negative emotions. Sounds simple enough, but in some cases this can actually be a difficult and unproductive process.
