About Journey To Mastery

The Daily Crown is for Christian founders who are building something they believe God placed in their hands. This podcast exists to help you stay grounded, clear, and consistent as you lead your business with faith at the center. The Crown represents dominion, authority, and stewardship. It is a reminder that leadership is not about ego. It is about responsibility. The Flame represents passion, refinement, and conviction. It is the inner fire that keeps you moving, but also the process God uses to shape how you lead. Each episode brings biblical conviction, practical reflection, and honest leadership insight for the founder who wants to grow without drifting from their calling. We talk about the real work of building: focus, discipline, identity, obedience, profit, stewardship, leadership, and the daily decisions that shape who you become. This is not hustle culture with scripture added on. It is not vague inspiration. Its not business with Jesus sprinkled on top.
