Today Journey To Wholeness attempts to debunk the answer to this life long problem. As a single woman, we need to learn to defeat the demon of loneliness. It’s not fair to make a man your “best friend,” when you are not interested in him as a life long partner. He most likely has the biggest crush on you. He is hoping you would change your heart. That’s not fair to make him suffer in your waiting season before you meet your dream guy.

Today, I will give a basic understanding about what codependency is. Many mistake codependency as an unhealthy relational system, but it is actually a traumatic response. In Peter Levine’s book, codependency is called “Fawn.” As children we are subconsciously programmed to have our needs meet through our caretakers. If our parents were unhealthy, we have learned to meet our needs in unhealthy ways. Thais Gibson has more videos on reprogramming our subconscious. Fortunately, it can be done!
