Pandemic Recharge
<p>This year has been pretty wild for our culture. I don’t need to recap we have all been through one level of intensity this year at least. My goal in this episode is to take you from a point where you can transform fatigue into your recharged energy. Although this is inspired by the pandemic it is a helpful practice for any enduring stress in our lives. When we understand our true selves and the reflection of the Divine that lives within us, our understanding of the world shifts dramatically. When we see others acting out, we can begin to understand what parts of ourselves still need healing, when we view those in our lives without judgement we understand the versions of ourselves that they are reflecting back for us. Form this, we open to the possibility that there are no obstacles. We see the situation from the place of the Eagle, where our vision is aligned with the vision of Spirit. We see all of our relations with compassion, loving the part that they play in our lives. As we fly with Spirit our energy endures, we remember who we are and what we are capable of.</p> <p>Recharge with me today.
