Stonehouse Golf Club — All 18 Holes | Mike Strantz's Wildest Course near Williamsburg, Virginia

Stonehouse Golf Club in Toano, Virginia — 20 minutes from Williamsburg — is Mike Strantz at his boldest. Blind tee shots, waste areas, greens that fall away on all four sides, and a routing that never shows you the same thing twice. We played all 18 and put a map on every hole so you can see exactly where both balls finished. Adam and Mike. Just The Tips. Tot Hill Farm: 5 Things You Need to Do Before You Play This Mike Strantz Masterpiece

Tot Hill Farm in Asheboro, North Carolina is one of the wildest golf courses Mike Strantz ever built — and one of the best in the country you can actually play. This is our fifth trip. Here are the five things you need to do when you come — and a few you'll only learn the hard way. We take you through the range and that chipping green, the old farmhouse where Strantz stayed while he sketched the course, Thunder Mountain and the tunnel under 10, Strantz's Backyard on 13, and the walk off 18. Plus a few Easter eggs, and a word for the man himself at the end.
