Soy Juan Luna y hoy te voy a hablar de las lesiones en la música. Mira, últimamente estoy teniendo casos de alumnos que están tocando, están estudiando y que dicen que les duele. Bueno, lo que está claro es que por un lado es una buena noticia porque están haciendo cosas, están tocando. Y por otro, es una mala noticia porque esto de que te duela al tocar es mala señal porque estás haciendo algo mal, es decir, tienes una postura mala y al insistir en esa postura se está creando, se está gestando una lesión, una posible lesión. Así que siempre recuerda que si te duele pares y corrige la postura que tengas y nada. Si quieres más apúntate a mi newsletter en juanluna.es y chao.

Mira, acabo de escuchar un podcast de José Antonio Martínez dedicado a un libro que han presentado hoy en Redondela, un libro de Julio Alonso Monteagudo y que se llama "Do baile de gaita á muiñeira". Bueno, este libro trata de cómo la muiñeira se convirtió en el género más representativo de Galicia. Y es cierto que este ritmo es el que más se toca tanto en Galicia como en Asturias y se ha tocado con distintos instrumentos a lo largo de la historia, bien gaitas o canto pandeireta, zanfonas, etc. Aunque en el siglo XIX se puso de moda mucho tocarla con el piano. Así que bueno, te recomiendo este libro y también te recomiendo que te apuntes a mi newsletter en jualluna.es Chao

Soy Juan Luna y hoy te voy a hablar de tener varios frentes abiertos. Mira, hoy es viernes y tu cuerpo lo sabe y vamos allá con una cosita que vi ayer en clase porque un alumno me decía que tenía dificultades para tocar la gaita, ya solo el hecho de tocar. Y claro, estábamos viendo otras cosas y le dije, mira, primero vamos a resolver esto y le di unas pautas para ir avanzando y claro, es que le veo que quiere hacer muchas cosas pero hay que centrarte primero en lo importante para luego ir construyendo poquito a poco esa gran torre, ese gran edificio que imagino que quieres construir cuando empiezas a tocar un instrumento.
