11- Jeder hat ein Recht, Recht zu haben
<p>Jeder Mensch, egal ob mit oder ohne Beeinträchtigung hat ein Recht auf Meinung und Mitbestimmung. </p><p>So auch bei den Nordeifel.Werkstätten. Es gibt nicht nur einen Betriebsrat für die hauptamtlichen Mitarbeiter, sondern auch einen Werkstattrat für die Belange der Menschen mit Behinderung. </p><p>Was dies bedeutet und inwiefern sich Betriebsrat und Werkstattrat unterscheiden, erfahrt ihr in der heutigen Folge. </p><p>Anne und Willi stellen die Arbeit des Werkstattrats vor und zeigen welche Bedeutung dieser für die Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung hat. </p><br /><br />Trailer
