EP 20: 親密關係中的 " I see you"

不知大家有否看過電影《阿凡達第一集》，裏面有一句對白非常有意思，令我看的時候非常感動，也令我印象很深刻，那就是: "I see you." 而這句話的意義是：「我用心看到真正的你。」想想如果我們把這態度放在親密關係中，完全用心去認識、「看見」及理解伴侶，減少批判及否定對方，而對方亦感到被看見、被接納及被肯定，那是一件多麼美麗的事。當我們能看穿表象，不只流於用眼睛去看對方外在的條件，而全然看到對方真正的自己時，就不會把完全的期望放在對方身上，期待對方變成完美的伴侶，我們會更明白對方的人性、理解及接納對方的「缺點」，然後也自然與對方建立更真誠及具深度的關係。小王子這本書中亦有一句名言描述了用心看見別人的美麗： "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." - 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇.
