<p>“Soft life” looks good on Instagram… but is it realistic for a Black girl who was raised to be strong, independent, and ten steps ahead of survival?</p><p><br></p><p>In this episode, Shaneé and Destiny get real about what a soft life actually means to us. Is it luxury? Is it rest? Is it being provided for? Or is it unlearning the grind culture that told us exhaustion is a badge of honor?</p><p><br></p><p>We talk about whether softness is truly attainable for Black women or if we’ve been conditioned to believe struggle is our default setting. Shaneé shares what softness looks like in her current season, while Destiny challenges the idea that soft means passive. We unpack finances, relationships, femininity, boundaries, and the guilt that can come with choosing ease.</p><p><br></p><p>Because maybe soft life isn’t about silk robes and rich husbands. Maybe it’s about peace. Maybe it’s about saying no.
