Hosted by Rolito S. Salmo—a veteran engineering educator with over 30 years of college-level teaching experience—this show is your logical, clear, and actionable masterclass in turning thoughts into physical reality. Have you ever wondered why some people seem to effortlessly attract wealth, perfect health, deep happiness, and harmonious relationships, while others remain trapped in endless cycles of struggle, debt, and scarcity? Is success merely a product of "luck," or is there a governed, mathematically certain process behind human achievement? In this podcast, we strip away the vague mystique of traditional self-help and introduce you to a rigorous, universal framework: The Energy Faith Focus (EFF) Formula. Whether you are an entrepreneur seeking financial freedom, a student of success trying to break free from negative childhood programming, or a spiritual seeker wanting to live in absolute alignment with the universe, this show gives you the exact tools, scientific logic, and mental strategies to take command of your life—not tomorrow, but now! Together, we will explore how these variables interact to shape your reality. You will learn how your overall vibrational frequency behaves like a coordinate system on a variable reference axis, and how you can consciously shift that axis from negative, limiting territory (-E) to the positive, limitlessly abundant territory (+E) of the Creator. Don't wait for a better economy, a change in circumstances, or a stroke of luck. The variables are already in your hands. Ready to turn your scattered thoughts into a laser beam of manifestation power? Welcome to Chapter 5 of the Just Begin It, Now! podcast series: "Focus." In this episode, we explore the ultimate powerhouse generator of the Energy-Faith-Focus (EFF) formula: Focus. Just Begin It, Now! - Chapter 4_Faith

RSSVERIFY Ready to bridge the gap between the invisible and the visible? Welcome to Chapter 4 of the Just Begin It Now podcast series: "Faith." In this episode, we unpack the ultimate power multiplier of the Energy-Faith-Focus (EFF) formula: Faith (F). You can have a crystal-clear mental image and intense daily focus, but if your Faith is zero, your manifestation results will be zero. Faith is the scientific and spiritual force that translates your unseen desires into physical reality. To help you build this essential inner muscle, we break down the author's practical 5-step procedure to supercharge your subconscious belief: 1. Define your End Result (E) with mathematical precision. 2. Practice unconditional gratitude. 3. Amplify your Focus (F(t)). 4. Act "as if" your desire is already your reality. 5. Apply the Mustard Seed principle—achieving small, easily believable manifestations first to build the trust needed to scale up to your grandest dreams. Faith is not passive hoping; it is active, deliberate conviction. Stop letting doubt dilute your quantum signal. Tune in, flex your Faith muscle, and just begin it, now! Just Begin It, Now! – Introduction to the Energy Faith Focus Formula

Welcome to the very first episode of Just Begin It, Now!, where transformation begins with a single decision—to start. In this introductory episode, we explore the foundational principles that set the stage for a life of intentional creation, meaningful action, and abundant living. At the heart of this journey is the powerful EFF Formula: Energy, Faith, and Focus, a framework designed to help you align your thoughts, beliefs, and actions with the reality you desire to create. The conversation begins by examining a profound truth: we do not live in a random or chaotic universe. Instead, our lives operate within a framework of universal laws that govern outcomes and experiences. One of the most important is the Law of Cause and Effect, which reminds us that every thought, decision, and action produces a corresponding result. Just as Newton's Third Law teaches that every action has an equal and opposite reaction, the choices we make today influence the reality we experience tomorrow. This episode also explores the fascinating concept that everything is energy. Drawing from both scientific understanding and spiritual insight, the discussion highlights how matter itself is a form of condensed energy and how our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs carry energetic frequencies that influence our lives. When we cultivate positive, faith-filled thinking, we begin to resonate with possibilities rather than limitations. Listeners will discover how the EFF Formula serves as a practical tool for manifestation and personal growth. Energy fuels momentum and action. Faith sustains belief even when results are not yet visible. Focus directs attention toward a clear vision and prevents distractions from derailing progress. Together, these three elements create alignment between intention and outcome, helping individuals move from wishful thinking to purposeful living. The episode further introduces the inspiring concept of Source and Return—the idea that all things originate from a greater source and remain connected to it throughout life's journey. This perspective encourages listeners to see themselves not as isolated individuals struggling against circumstances, but as participants in a larger, interconnected reality. By aligning with the will and wisdom of the Source, we become active co-creators rather than passive observers of our lives. Finally, the discussion redefines what true abundance means. Rather than measuring success solely by material possessions or financial gain, abundance is presented as a state of harmony with love, peace, joy, faith, and purpose. When we align our Energy, Faith, and Focus with these higher principles, we shift from a mindset of scarcity and desperation to one of expectation and possibility.
